Although I haven’t purchased or sold through Home Estate Agents I have, however, viewed a number of properties. I have always found the staff extremely helpful and professional. I would not hesitate to instruct them or view with them in the future.

Decent at replying most of the time. But very frustrating. I know it's not their fault but I had an offer on a house accepted only to be told that someone else had offered a higher amount and the vendor was going with them without me even getting a chance to go higher. Why have an offer accepted only to be told a day later that it wasn't happening.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This is my 3rd house move and you were quite possibly the worst I’ve dealt with. The estate agents showing people around my house were terrible. One in particular, leaving my house insecure. I was not home and had trusted them to secure the property before leaving, I returned to find my back patio doors wide open. Luckily, I have CCTV both inside and outside my house, which I do not think your colleagues realised as they tried to lie their way out of the situation. Even coming back to my property when specifically told not to. If it wasn’t for accepting the offer I did, I would have taken the property from yourselves and gone with someone else. I have done all the communication with the buyer myself so In my opinion, your fee was undeserved. I think I have heard from you about twice in the whole process. I would advise anyone looking to sell with yourselves to think again. The only positive is the lad who did the evaluation was very nice and he took great photos.

Although we eventually decided not to sell our property we found Home Estate Agents to be professional, helpful and above all really friendly and nice to deal with. John came out to see us and was definitely knowledgeable about our area, the surrounding properties and how the house market was at the time. Would have no hesitation in recommending them in the future.
