Emily is an absolute star. When everything went wrong and we thought it had all fallen apart she was the rock that kept it all steady and successful. I can't thank her enough.

From start to finish these guys were excellent!! Great property pics, their 3D walk through is top quality. Always on hand on the telephone and on email. I was regularly updated throughout and any problems were dealt with immediately. Everyone is very professional, friendly, helpful and there when needed. Their customer service is impeccable. I cannot say enough about Home. I promise you will not be disappointed in the service you receive from these guys. Thanks so much to all the team at Home. John, Wendy, Kirsty and Emily you're a star!

Professional and competent. Was hesitant about using them at first and was about to go for the bigger named estate agents and relieved I did not - got a taster of how poor the others are when it came to dealing with them for the property I was purchasing. Luckily Home stepped in to ensure the chain did not fall apart and in some ways I think they did some of the other estate agent's work for them! Keep up the excellent service!

I viewed a house on Sunday and the offer was presented to the vendor and successfully negotiated and agreed on the same day. The following day all the paperwork was despatched to the solicitor"s office. So far excellent and efficient service. Well done team.

Home Estate Agents came to us via a recommendation. To say that we are glad that we acted on it would be an understatement. From the outset they were professional, friendly and honest in their views. Throughout the whole process their knowledge of the current marketplace shone like a beacon. It should have come as no surprise that there were five viewings within 24hrs. and that two of those made an offer on the property. A substantial number of viewings had to be cancelled as we had accepted one of the first two offers. The sale has now completed. All in all a stress free transition from start to finish. Would we recommend Home Estates? Of course we would; any time, anywhere, any day!! JB &JE Travis

I have recently used Home Estate Agents to sell my property in Dukinfield. I cannot rate this company high enough, from the initial valuation right through to sale completion, they have kept me fully informed. You will be hard pressed to find an estate agency as good as Home Estates Stalybridge.
