GoogleWe completed on our property just before Christmas. Everyone at Minors and Brady were great. The communication was fantastic. Claire Wilson kept us updated regularly, chased up solicitors and kept things moving, doing her best to help us complete in the time we wanted. All round, a very positive experience with Minors and Brady.

Claire from after sales has been amazing!!! It's not been an easy process but Claire has been there! She's been very accommodating to my work commitments and communication was very clear. She's listened when I've struggled been stressed and even though its email communication it's always care, advice and support. Good staff should always be acknowledged but Claire just gave a bit more....worth her weight in gold!

Google2024: I've used Minors and Brady since 2020 for sales and now liaise with them regularly for the ongoing letting of my property. During my most recent tenant transition, Beth L was very on the ball to secure my new tenant in just under a week after my previous tenant handed in their notice. She communicated and negotiated efficiently with all contacts, and kept me informed regularly with the progress - thank you Beth! Also a big thank you on the admin side with prompt daily responses from both Lexi M and Samuel C. It's clear that Lexi is a knowledgeable and highly competent Property Manager when it comes to routine inspections, rental statements, legal documents and she can always answer any of my queries with clear certainty. Samuel continued to keep me informed during the lettings admin process, including amendments required in the tenancy agreement, deposit disclosure, prompt communication with the upcoming prospective tenants with regards to their queries to ensure a smooth transition - overall he acted a great medium throughout with all important communications giving peace of mind as landlord. Thanks again all! 2020: As a first time buyer, I was amazed with how quickly my sale went through with my Minors & Brady's point of contact, Brooke Kelly. After lots of admin going back and forth, she did everything in the best possible way to make this a minimal stress experience. She kept me up-to-date with the latest progress of my sale, and the agency in general is so 'on it' with keeping in contact and returning calls at times of extreme pressure. Thank you very much Brooke, I'm so happy with the property I have secured - I wouldn't have been able to do that without your insightful knowledge of the development! I strongly recommend this lot!

They organised appropriate viewings, kept us informed and gave us honest feedback. They reassured us when things didn't quite go to plan and didn't put us under pressure. Claire was our after-sales contact and she could not have been more helpful. She was professional and understanding and we felt she had our best interests in her mind throughout the process. Again, she did not put us under any pressure and reassured us throughout the process. All in all our experience of Minors and Brady at Hoveton deserved 5 stars and we would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

At the viewing of the property he was very professional and truly opened my eyes to the great potential of the home. Cassandra and the whole team at minors and brady caister, are extremely efficient and so helpful with finding buyers for my property. Very knowledgeable about the local area and market. All the viewings were carried out very professionally and I felt in very good hands. When a buyer was found cassandra then supported me through to the exchange and completion. And was always available and very helpful with my queries. I would highly recommend minors and brady!

Minors & Brady. The behaviour from the estate agent was completely unprofessional, with repeated pressure, poor communication, and what felt like threatening and harassing conduct throughout the process.

FINALLY exchanged contracts on the sale of my house on Friday, Rosie Turley my relationship manager from start to finish has always been at the other end of the phone and has been incredible (funny aswell) but that’s for a different review. So pleased it was all done with Minors and Brady as was kept all in house and was quick,smooth and definitely less stressful. Rosie thanks so much Debbie and Adam.

We had a very good experience with minors and Brady. Liam was great during our valuation, really explained everything the company has to offer and how everything works. Our photography with Brad was very thorough and the pictures are great. Mia was brilliant in sorting our brochure and listing to go on the market! This was very quick and efficient and we couldn’t be more grateful for the service we have received so far!
