Hi I would like to put on record what a fantastic jobs this estate agent is doing! Special Samuel who even though I was sending emails after emails he always replied within minutes. Dealing with the vetting agency and landlord, he was always keeping me updated about what was going on. Even went a miles extras. Couldn’t be happier, I will definitely tell my entourage what a wonderful experience I had. Thumbs up.

Sonya has been our go to contact, for sometime now.She is friendly and efficient, and you know you are in good hands with her. Sonya helped us as a family make a move from outside the county, which was a massive undertaking. She is credit to the company.Sonya was with our prior letting agents, and she moved over to M&B when that agency was sold. So we are lucky to have that continuity.

Once again another testing sale that has been handled with great professionalism and performance thanks goes to Rosie Turley who has pulled out all the stops to finally get this sale concluded. Without her help, guidance, perseverance and dedication I honestly believe this sale would not have happened. Just sold my flat through Minors and Brady and can’t express how grateful I am to the Norwich branch especially Rosie in after sales who was in regular communication with myself and managed to get it all through much quicker than expected. I was aware that leasehold properties often come with more challenges so cannot thank Rosie enough for all her hard work with this. Great experience all round! ☺️

Connor followed up and got our offer accepted very quickly and Cassandra was fantastic at keeping us up to date most weeks and got any questions we had of the vendors answered. Rosie was very helpful and knowledgeable when we went with Minors and Brady to purchase our first house. She helped us to find a local solicitor and get the surveys completed, and answered any questions we had very promptly. Rosie knew when to prompt and chase us for information etc., without seeming too pushy. Glad we went with Minors and Brady and wouldn't hesitate to go with them again.

GoogleWe had a long wait for our move to all come together and Claire at the Wroxham branch was integral to that progress. She would call us weekly to update on progress, even if there was no progress! In the last few weeks as we neared exchange, Claire was finding out progress at each part of the chain on a daily basis and chasing when things needed to be chased. We had an important deadline to reach and I do believe that if it wasn’t for Claire, we might not have managed it, but we did! I would highly recommend Minors and Brady if you wish to sell your house with a big shout out to Claire! Thanks!

They clearly know the market and secured a high number or viewings and a high percentage of those viewers wanting to proceed, which gave my plenty of choice. Sam was terrific in dealing with all the logistics and admin that needed to be completed once I had chosen my tennants and very helpful with all my questions. Great service. Thank you.

GoogleFrom our very first viewing to completion of our sale, Minors & Brady have been great. Brilliant service with friendly staff. Gina dealt with us throughout the purchase process and was fab to deal with. Communication was good, whilst often we couldn't get through on the phone straight away however she always returned calls in a timely manner and was extremely prompt at responding to emails. We had some difficulty with communication from solicitors on both sides however Gina was excellent at liaising with all parties and she was always polite and professional to deal with, keeping us constantly updated on the position of our sale. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Minors & Brady and would particularly like to thank Gina for her patience and great service throughout. She was a pleasure to work with. Jasmine & Alex Weight.

I have never had to chase for an update whilst in Claire’s capable hands, even after a few hiccups along the way I felt at ease knowing Claire was there to help.
