We have been kept informed about viewings and we feel Seymours were positive about our house. The valuation was a bit too high initially but we thought it would help with negotiation. However, we eventually decided to drop the price dramatically and we started to get some more offers. They could be a bit better with more regular feedback.

GoogleI would like to thank each and everyone at Seymours for the great work. From the first call for a viewing to the completion day, they have been very supportive and helpful. I was left disappointed by many Estate agents during viewing properties in Staines but Seymours proved that no one can be like them… (PERFECT)

If I could give them zero I would!! Absolutely shocking service!!! Booked in to view flats for this to be rescheduled 4 times by them!!! To be told we will definitely see the 1 flat we want to… email them to confirm this to be told they will try and request this?!?!!! Not to mention they take days to response to email and everytime they have cancelled it’s been with in a couple of hours of viewing after sorting out an early finish at work for them to cancel and expect us to be flexible when they have already cancelled 4 times

Was an awful experience from start to finish. I thought the stressful part would be the physical side of moving. But no it was the agents and the solicitor that they recommended. The only agent I can praise is Toby at the knaphill office. He was a delight to deal with.

I have to say how impressed I was with the whole team at Seymours nothing was too much trouble. Amy, Tom , Spencer, Zo and Brett. They all showed professionalism and honesty when handling the sale. If you want an Estate Agent that really does go the extra mile Seymours should always be at the top of that list. No wonder they are No 1 in Woking

GoogleMark, Helen and there team are truly a professional estate agents. From viewing the the house where my wife has always want to live. The manager the sell our house we where living in by calling all people they had on the books look for our type of house. So they could go to the vendor of the house we wanted so we could secure the purchase for us. They kept informed throughout the whole process even work with the solicitors to made sure it all run smoothly. The most important thing they always return there call and email.

GoogleFrom the very first introduction from Mark at Seymour’s Staines I knew we had made the right decision. Mark sent his team of agents round to view our house to get familiar with our property prior to potential viewings. The team were very professional, friendly and enthusiastic about our home. We had several viewings before our property was even on the market and we were kept up to date with feedback from the viewers. Selling your home is never a pleasant experience but Seymour’s have made it a lot less stressful than we could ever have imagined. TrustpilotUtterly ridiculous people
Utterly ridiculous people, completely disingenuous and deceitful. We made an application to view a property that had literally just been added to Rightmove. Got an appointment the next day, address seemed weird since the postcode wasn't in the right place and the building photos looked different between website and google maps. We figured it must have been a new build, since the advert said new build and hoped google maps just hadn't been updated yet.We turn up, it's not the same property at all. The red faced agent in an ill fitting blue suit then lies through his teeth, to our faces, claiming he had called and spoken to my partner the day before and explained the property we wanted had already gone and they intended to show us something different. Riiiiiight, good one.The property they decided to show us wasn't even within our budget, so they completely wasted our time! Spent over an hour driving through the school traffic to and from a bogus viewing. They then flatly refused to answer any communications about their behaviour, whilst claiming they had taken our details and would be in touch if anything came up in the future, that met our criteria. We then spent weeks watching multiple properties come on rightmove and never received any communication from Seymours about any of them. I guess they just blacklisted us, since they had already shown us their true colours and we had dared to call them on their BS.Having spoken to several other agents in the area, Seymours are well known for being utterly underhanded and devious! I strongly recommend you avoid going anywhere near them... they utterly suck, they are the reason estate agents have an appalling reputation.

I am absolutely disgusted with the director of the Staines branch. I decided to make an offer on the property they had advertised with a very high deposit but the sheer way that we were spoken to by him and pushed to the point of belittling us was awful to want a higher offer. Coming from a sales background - offending a potentially buyer to not wish to deal with your agency again is not the right way to do business and if that’s what he promotes to his staff he should step down. This was purely the disrespect from the agent that made me do a complete u turn to not deal with this director again. It seems my offer wasn’t submitted at all as no one got back to me with the outcome either so they pick and choose what offers to put to the vendor. Not right practice.
