We had a fantastic experience with the team at Seymours, when purchasing our new home. From the very beginning, Gary was incredibly attentive and supportive during the offer stage, making the process feel smooth and straightforward. As things progressed, Alan was equally excellent in managing the sales progression. He kept everything moving, communicated clearly throughout, and was always on hand to help. Both Gary and Alan were a pleasure to work with, genuine, professional, responsive, and extremely helpful at every stage. We’re very grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property in the area!

I cannot recommend Seymours highly enough if you are looking to sell your property in Staines. We had a couple of sales fall through with other agents so went with Seymours this time and they went above and beyond to ensure the sale progressed and completed. Huge thanks to Alan and Gary for all their support throughout the process, the team are all so friendly and we felt really supported even during tense times. One thing Seymours do differently which we felt made a big difference was to have a dedicated sales progressor (Alan). Other estate agents we've had before kept this with the estate agent and the sale slowed down and eventually fell through so would really commend Seymours for this. We had really lost a lot of hope (and any excitement) about moving house due to past situations but because of Seymours we have now moved and couldn't be more grateful. Couldn't recommend more!

We’ve dealt with a lot of Estate Agents over the years but our experience with Seymour’s in Staines has been exceptional. They are extremely professional, efficient and reliable. There is always someone at the end of the phone, they answer quickly and they call you back when they say - a rare thing these days. Mark and his team have been very attentive throughout our sale, but a special mention must go to Gary whose dedication and enthusiasm never wavers. He makes what is, undoubtedly, a very stressful time, much easier. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Seymours again and can highly recommend them. What can I say that has not already been said...Seymours at Staines deserve all the praise of these reviews. My sister sold her maisonette last year through Seymours and there was no doubt in my mind to engage them to sell a flat I had in Staines and advise my mum to sell her house in Ashford through them. From start to finish we both received the utmost of care, support and professionalism from the whole team. They all work together well, communicate effectively and take the stress out of selling. I must give a special mention to Alan, who has the patience of a saint...especially, when dealing with a certain local and well-known housing association. He was always enthusiastic and resilient. Would Not Recommend Seymours

I have used quite a few letting agencies within Woking and out of all of them, I would highly recommend Churchods. We used Seymours due to the liking the property at initial glance. However, after moving in we came to learn that the neighbours in the flat below us had a noise level that made this flat unlivable. Every cough, sneeze, discussion etc we could hear. Upon contacting Seymours, we were pawned off from the block management company, to the landlord and eventually back to them because no one would address the issue or take responsibility looking into it or helping fix the problem. Danilo at Seymours sent very copy and paste corporate answers without a level of sympathy considering my flatmate and I haven't had a proper nights sleep since we've moved in here. Cannot wait for our tenancy contract to end so we can moveout and not use Seymours again.

Gary showed us the very first house we viewed when we started our journey. While that specific property wasn't the right fit for us due to the kitchen size, Gary was incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our queries thoroughly, and the insights we gained from him helped us identify exactly what we were looking for in a home. Even though we eventually had an offer accepted through a different agency, Gary’s early guidance was invaluable and set us on the right path. A great experience from start to finish

I recently purchased my first house with my partner and had a fantastic experience with Seymours throughout my buying process. Jeff was great, showing us around multiple properties and providing a excellent knowledge of the area and the houses themselves. The ongoing support from Seymours continues to be invaluable to the Friends of the Hythe Community School PTA in Staines. The advertising boards for our Summer Fair helped increase attendance which contributed to a bumper year of fundraising. Donations of raffle prizes and equipment is also highly appreciated and goes a long way to helping us raise funds for the school. All funds raised by our PTA go directly to support activities and resources for children to enrich their experience at school and we are very grateful to have Seymours' support. Mark and Gary were excellent at the get-go with putting the property on the market, managing viewings and securing offers and the consequent sale. Alan Hackland has been the most calm, professional and thorough individual in his capacity as Sales Progressor. Quite frankly I dont think it would have all happened if Alan hadnt have kept the chain as well organised and informed. Seymour's Estates Agent's,Lightwater branch, are a very friendly and professional, group of people. Our Estate Agent Johnny couldn't do enough for us. Up until the end of 2023 I had successfully coped with managing my properties for six years: however, with an influx of tenants from a non- registered ARLA Agency, I became overwhelmed with the number of issues, demands and in one case accusations. I approached Helen D’Costa at Seymours desperate for some help. She has considerable experience, is a people person able to navigate different personalities. She and her team have provided a very steady hand which has just about guided me out of some very ‘choppy waters.’ She has now found new tenant(s) who are properly vetted and a pleasure to house. With the increasingly challenging environment for landlords, I would highly recommend Helen and her team who for me, have removed most of the stress and worry.
