Thanks to Callum and the rest of the SA team who helped with the sale of my property. What should have been a simple process turned out to be quite painful with difficult purchasers. The team were very responsive and always listened to my concerns and followed up. 5***** service from the local office. Sadly the sales progression team weren't on the same level and took forever to respond.

Me and my fiancé were looking for our first home together! Foz was so helpful I called the branch and he had me booked in for a viewing within 3 hours of my call! So quick and efficient within 6 hours we had our offer accepted also he let me and my fiancé come see the property that night so that my fiancé could see the property properly and we were moved in within 2 weeks! When Foz was off on a day off David was all hands on deck to let us in to be able to measure everything to make sure all our new furniture fit! Over all the lettings team has been so helpful!

Absolutely appalling to deal with in terms of renting. Have never had any issues with previous exits and they want to charge us £10 for leaving a good condition chopping board and some cutlery. Cleaning company did a reclean no questions asked after they were dissatisfied with some areas and yet they turned around without having checked properly to say this did not take place. Photos of re-clean provided as evidence and instead of an apology, turned around to say their own branch should not have released the keys to the cleaners? Still holding onto our bond money. Landlord has been kept on all the correspondences and far easier to deal with. Wonder what the agency actually does and the existence, if any, of any level of professionalism.
