Oasis Estate Agents we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results through hard work, communication and dedication. Oasis Estate Agents was formed in 2004 to offer an independent sales and lettings service to the commuter haven of Staines upon Thames and the local surrounding areas. In 2015, after successfully trading with the name iSiS for over 10 years, the brand evolved into OASiS and expanded into a fantastic new office overlooking the Old Market Square. Beyond the bricks and mortar, our business is about people and our highly experienced team have been put together to exceed your expectations, whether you are buying, selling, letting or renting. Headed up by our founder Steven Harvey our dedicated team of sales and lettings consultants have an extensive knowledge of the local area and over 100 years combined estate agency experience. Central to our success is the “whole team” ideology we employ via our almost unique pooled commission policy. As a result every one of the team benefits from every sale, not simple the individual consultant who made the original sale, so everyone will look after your interests. Our multi award winning team receive continuous on-going training both internally and from some of the best estate agency trainers from across the world, ensuring they remain experts in their fields.

GoogleWe recently sold our property through Oasis Staines after listing with 2 unsuccessful estate agents before hand. From the start the positivity from the team was fantastic and just what we needed when our moral was low. Communication was fantastic we dealt mostly with Cheryl & Spencer who were both on top of everything. Highly recommend both selling and buying from oasis.

GoogleOasis have been extremely helpful and supportive during our sale and purchase, even though they were the agents for our buyer and seller, but not us! Steve and Spencer have always been willing to answer questions and gave us a warm friendly welcome each time we visited their office. Very professional, nothing too much trouble and would highly recommend.

The Trusted AgentI was extremely satisfied with the way Aimee managed the sale, starting from understanding the reasons behind my urgency and looking after the end of the tenancy and putting the house on the market at the appropriate time. I was also very pleased about Aimee keeping a constant communication channel with the buyers and the solitors of both parties. Thank you again, Aimee!

GoogleIt's been a great experience to deal with the agent Connie, who is a very respectful, helpful, polite and friendly professional. She replies the emails quickly and answer satisfactorily all your questions. I'm just not giving 5 stars to the estate agency because I had a bad experience with another agent, but I would definitely give 5 stars to Connie.

GoogleWe can not thank Oasis enough, specifically Krista and Ish. We found our selves with 72 hours to find a property after a moving day turned to hell as a previous tenant had left our prospective house in a terrible state. Thanks to the Oasis team, we had viewings for two perfect properties within 1 working day!
