GoogleFantastic support and help from Will,Tom and Frank. Difficult situation re move but they went above and beyond to help me. Supportive, printing documents and dropping of paperwork to my house. Would definitely recommend! Professional but also caring.

GoogleI had the most fantastic service from this agency. I found everyone with whom I came in contact to be professional, helpful and friendly. I was particularly impressed by, and grateful for, the speed with which they secured another buyer when the first one dropped out, thereby enabling me not to lose the house I wanted to buy. Offering advice when I asked for it, calming my stress, and working behind the scenes to progress the whole process - just excellent service throughout!

GoogleI was looking for an apartment and got in contact with Alfie from Gregory Brown, he extended tremendous support in the process and as a newcomer to UK it was absolutely wonderful to have a support from Alfie and the entire team at Gregory Brown. I actually recommended them to some of my colleagues as well. Was a wonderful experience with them and would recommend Gregory Brown any day!

GoogleOllie was fantastic at doing our viewings and had all the information he needed to quickly sell our property. Tom was great and always on the ball after the sale and was quick to pick up on things that needed to be sorted out. Even when both solicitors seemed to be waiting for a response from each other between Tom and myself we got things rolling again. All the team at Gregory Browns were great and would use them again.

GoogleWe've lived in Staines 10 years, and interacted with almost every Estate Agents there during this period. Gregory Brown were a huge contrast to the rest of them - their most unique feature is that they always say things as they are. No bull, no trying to squeeze pennies out of you, just transparency and truth. I believe it's an important basis for trust. The moment we realized that - we bought our first family home from them, and never regretted. Several years later we were moving out and letting our property, and it was no brainer which Agents to use for this. Just a few weeks later I've received my first Landlord cheque... wow! They are real hard workers, you can reach them in insane hours (don't do that) via phone or email, and they respond immediately. Tom and Will - you will always be to us an example of professionalism in it's pure form. They know every bit of this business and every trend on the market, especially in the area. I wouldn't even bother talking to other companies.

GoogleI would highly recommend GB! They have been very helpful from the start during our journey of finding the perfect house. They listened to exactly what specifics we were looking for in terms of finding a house and made great suggestions. Viewings were very easy to book and they managed to always accommodate them around our work schedules. As first time buyers, the process of buying our first house has been made so much easier and quicker due to the help of GB. In particular, Tom and William have been so helpful, from explaining each step in detail of what seemed like a daunting process to us, to pushing both parties to get things done, to the very final stages. They respond back to you almost immediately and keep you well updated! They’ve been wonderful and I would definitely use them again if buying/selling a property!

GoogleWe have enjoyed a friendly, professional and responsive service from start to finish with Will, Tom and the team at Gregory Brown's Staines branch. We, in the end, had a number of complicating factors to throw at them (!) - not least of which was our tight deadline owing to a new job start date far outside the area - but nothing fazed them and they have been very supportive and pro-active in ensuring that our sale progressed as quickly as possible, regularly chasing solicitors on our behalf and pursuing matters to enable us to make important decisions about how to proceed when we found ourselves in the position of having to withdraw from our purchase just 2-3 weeks before Christmas. We would gladly recommend their honest, straight-talking approach and effective sales strategy to anyone looking to sell their property.

They even arranged many repeat views of the property in very short notice without any issues. They always treated us with a big smile. They chased our solicitors and vendors solicitor many times to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. It was pleasure dealing with Gregory Brown, especially Ollie, Will and Tom. Cant recommend enough!!

I have found everyone to be highly responsive to emails and telephone calls and being overseas, that is of upmost importance . I have found their professional advice and market insights most valuable when securing tenants. They provide an end to end service in a tenancy and letting arrangements that provide total assurance to a landlord; from getting the right tenant , to quality decoration and maintenance via trusted trade persons and during the tenancy, checks that property is being taken care of and matters that arise dealt with promptly. GoogleI have used Gregory Brown as both a seller (September 2017) and as a buyer (September 2012) and on both occasions my experience was fantastic. Tom, Will, Ollie and Jamie and the rest of the team at the branch are brilliant. They are very professional when they are conducting viewings and always very courteous and polite when they called me to arrange. They provide timely feedback (by lunchtime the next day) on the viewings and are very proactive. Where Gregory Brown came into their own was after I accepted the offer and things were progressing with the solicitors. They helped in chasing for updates and helping the sale progress smoothly with the solicitors, always keeping me in the loop. They had an excellent relationship with my buyer and responded to their questions, referring to me when they needed to. On the day of exchange they smoothed the process to ensure we exchanged on the planned day. I thoroughly recommend Gregory Brown. Their local knowledge is exemplary and customer service is top class. They know the market well and provided me with clear, honest and realistic advice when putting my flat on the market. It was under offer in 3.5 weeks and progressed through without a hitch.

GoogleI am writing this review from a slightly different viewpoint I guess than most on here. I am a contractor to Tom/Will/Karen etc. I can honestly say that I have always found them to be pleasant and honest to deal with and very efficient. From what I have heard from most landlords I have dealt with whilst working on their properties, they seem to universally agree with my comments above. I carry out work for several local managing agents and would definately put Gregory Brown top of my list

GoogleOne of the worst Estate agent ever. They doesn't respond for any of the questions or take any action for any concerns we have in the house. We can't fix the repairs ourselves due to the contract and they doesnt respond for calls or emails for months together. Even when the owner will be ready to fix the issue, as an agent, they doesnt do much. If I can, I would give zero ratings for this estate agents. Dont get involved with them for rental or sales.

The initial online information, description and photos were produced quickly, viewings arranged ...and my property sold within 2 months. I was also most appreciative of the continuing advice and help that I was given after the initial offer on my property and up to and after the exchange of contracts.
