Nothing was too much trouble for Emma...

We sold our house really quickly last May with Buttersjb. We had Emma Spanton there for us the whole way through to Completion, Emma was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble even though i kept ringing and emailing her for updates. Outrageous, the bunch of them, I have made so many phone calls, in regards to an update of an offer, I was thrown from pillar to post and then to find out another offer has been accepted and when I did give them a better odder they did not pass it to the vendor, really disappointed in them. This has now happened to me twice, this is beyond a joke, I felt like if they don't like you they will not take you seriously and pass your offer to the vendor. Its disgusting and appalling level of service, so watch out when you next make an offer, if they like you then your ok and if they don't like you, they will fob you off
