She has been absolutely amazing from the very moment we set foot on the Elizabeth Gardens Development in Rochford Essex. She expertly and very calmly guided us through the reservation, options choosing and completions process. Once you've moved in, no-one cares.

Our Sales experience was great and we were guided through the whole process, even with several sales agents due to change in staff. The initial period of 2 weeks after moving in, the people on site were really attentive and helpful and really looked after us, resolving any issues we had quickly and professionally, and there were some pretty urgent issues that they were able to sort immediately. So the site based staff have been great.But unfortunately they have been let down by the centralised Customer Service function. We moved in in October 2021. We're now 7 months on and our snagging list is ever growing. There is now accountability. I have escalated to the Director of Customer Service who couldn't even dignify me with a response. The Head of Customer Service acknowledged my email a week later and a maintenance manager did come out to take photos of all the snags, and to be fair he was really helpful and understanding. But since, a month has gone by with no update whatsoever and no visits to resolve anything. So today I put a call in to the Head of Customer Care and left a message as he was unavailable.Within 30 minutes, Automatic emails started trickling through that the tickets for the work were being logged. Coincidence? Or has the list been sat on someones desk for a month until I called? I've asked for a call back to discuss, nothing. Also, the job tickets that I have been sent refer to the snagging list by numbers only, and I have contractors calling me directly (yes, Bellway don't do that for you, you have to arrange the appointments direct with the contractors and arrange re-visits etc) quoting numbers and I have no idea which work they're coming to do.You call Customer Service, you get put through to voicemail. You leave a message, you don't hear back. For saying that a home is one of the biggest investments of your life, the quality of the Customer Service from Ashberry/Bellway is simply shocking.

A great Ashberry experience!

I have been dealing with Ellena and Emma at Round House Park in Melton Mowbray and have to say what an absolute pleasure it has been. What has the potential to be an extremely stressful experience has in fact been anything but. A huge effort was made to ensure I purchased my preferred house and after meeting the site manager Chris and seeing my house with the roof on and inner walls plastered, the product itself is superb. It is obvious that there is pride taken in the workmanship and the finish exhibited in the show homes is far superior to other sites I have seen.I am looking forward to the move to Melton, the only problem I have now is to contain my excitement until May/June. I cannot recommend this company enough by my experience so far and a huge thank you to Ellena and Emma.

Full marks for Ashberry Homes at Hartshorne View!

We have been dealing with Angie for several weeks now in connection with the purchase of our home at the Hartshorne View development. The whole experience so far has been a delight. Nothing is too much trouble for her, and she presents an excellent professional image for Ashberry Homes - polite, helpful, and cheerful. Today we also had a meeting with Paul, the site manager, who again is a great credit to Ashberry. We have been guided very professionally through the whole process so far, from initial interest to choosing options. Everything has been well explained and my many questions patiently answered. I can't fault the company or its processes so far, and the company personnel have been a pleasure to deal with.

I bought a new home at the Sycamore…

I bought a new home at the Sycamore Avenue development in New Cardington in October 2021 and the whole process from start to finish has been stress free and extremely pleasant. Becky in the sales team was always quick to respond to any questions or queries and has been incredibly helpful and friendly. The home completed on time and I've been very happy with the build quality and finish. Throughout the build process I was kept up to date on progress and it was lovely to be able to visit the plot whilst it was being built. Ahead of my move in date I was given a very useful home demo by Callum who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. When my move in date arrived Becky ensured that I had all of the information I needed and made me feel very welcome by providing chocolates, flowers and champagne. The team made sure that the day felt special.Once the property was handed over to me the excellent service continued and site manager Kate Middleton in particular has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kate is always easy to reach, extremely friendly and has gone above and beyond to make my experience as stress free and pleasant as possible. As with any new home there were a number of minor snags but Kate made sure that these were dealt with promptly and encouraged me to contact her any time I needed anything. I also received regular weekly calls from Chrissie to ensure that everything was still going smoothly and that I was still happy with my new home.I would definitely recommend Ashberry Homes and am grateful that their staff have made the house buying experience so easy for me. Thanks Becky, Kate, Callum and Chrissie for all your hard work, it's much appreciated.

Excellent Customer Service

We would like to extend our thanks to Tracey Tocker for her help during our recent visits to reserve our plot and agree upgrades etc. We had lots of questions regarding the location of the plot and the standard fixtures and fittings in the property. There was no question that Tracey couldn't answer- her knowledge of the site and the various properties is second to none. We made quite a few changes to our upgrades before final sign off, and Tracey was always patient with us, ensuring that we had all of the details we needed to help us make our final decision. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was happy to discuss our options, and obtain quotes for various tiles etc until we were happy with our choice. Tracey really helped make our visits enjoyable too with her friendly, approachable manner. Thankyou.

Where do I begin..it doesn't matter, they were brilliant from start to finish. Professional efficient and most of all caring. In particular I'd like to thank Chrissie at middlebeck Newark. She has been absolutely brilliant from the first time I spoke to her to the current time. An absolute Star. The entire team have restored my faith in the building industry. To go from reservation to completion in one month and one day is unbelievable. Something everyone involved in the process should be proud of. I cannot thank them enough. The lengths they have gone to in order to get me into my house in such a short time,shows what can be done with such a brilliant team. Highly recommend the middlebeck team.
