GoogleThe worst rental estate agents I have ever come across! There are a couple nice people in there but they got my contract length wrong from the start! That cost me an extra £125 to extend! Even though I had asked for twelve months in the beginning! Never ever visited about the problems with the flat! I strongly urge you to go to the nearest hobo and spend £50 a week to rent his box, you'll probably get better attention and service!!

Dear Mr Gibbs, I am sorry to hear of your negative experience with our office and that we did not meet your standards. I understand your frustration in regard to the £125 extension fee and the subsequent decision by the landlord to sell the property. It came as much of a surprise to us as it did to you. As soon as we were made aware of this we did contact you and refunded the fee at the earliest opportunity. We do have systems in place for the reporting of repair issues at properties, no doubt you will recall receiving the contact details for our Property Management Centre on the letter you received prior to occupying the property and again I apologise if this was not made clear and you were kept waiting for remedial works to be actioned.
