FacebookWe just bought a house through Thomas Morris and they were excellent! Everyone in the team was a pleasure to work with and Erin was a true superstar. We had weekly (sometimes daily) updates whenever there was a change or movement in our chain and Erin even helped secure extra surveys and quotes on the house for us. Having bought and sold houses previously I can say that they were the best estate agents we've worked with - thank you team!

GoogleSince I have started renting this property in Sawtry, I have managed to build a working and friendly relationship with a young lady named Rosie Burke at the office in St Neots. Anytime I have an issue I just call and speak with Rosie, who gets back to me within 48 hours with an answer depending if this a work day. Thomas Morris have been fair, polite, courteous and helpful throughout my tenure and long may that continue. I am updated regularly, by emails and even calls from Rosie to male sure all is ticking along and for conformation of when repairs are to be carried out and for permission to give contractors my details. Thank you Rosie for making this easy and stress free, albeit sometimes it may not seem that way. Kindest Regards Den Dowdle

Disappointing experience. One of the agents (Holly Watkins) lost interest as soon as she saw I was £3,500 under the eligibility criteria they use (30xrent per annum), even though I clearly stated on the questionnaire that I have savings and receive benefits. Despite this, she made no effort to help or offer any alternatives. Shortly after, I received a generic reply saying the landlord had accepted another offer. It felt very automated and impersonal, like ticking boxes rather than genuinely trying to assist someone looking for a home. I expected more professionalism and effort from a lettings agency, especially when dealing with families trying to secure stable housing.

GoogleEmma and Raphael are just brilliant! They have let my property a series of times now, quickly and to great tenants. They are such a pleasure to work with. They communicate quickly and clearly. Their advice has always been spot on. They are high quality and totally efficient with everything they do. They have also been super helpful and introduced me to fantastic suppliers to help complete refurbishment works. I couldn't be in better, safer hands.
