Within three weeks, we had put in an application for a beautiful house, got accepted and moved in! Thomas Morris were professional and efficient throughout the whole process and I can't recommend them enough. Jacqueline dealt with the reference process and all queries that I had and she was so helpful and thorough. We received a lengthy and detailed inventory the day before we moved in, the fire alarms were checked upon collecting keys and we received an information booklet. I look forward to spending many years in our new home, however, when the time comes to move again, I will most certainly use Thomas Morris again!

Thomas Morris could not have helped me any better. With other organisations closed due to the COVID pandemic they continued to help me relocate despite the obvious lockdown restrictions. My circumstances were such that I was forced to move due to being a key worker in order to limit exposure to more vulnerable family. Thomas Morris' staff worked tirelessly to prioritise my move and push for more leeway for key workers unable to stay with those in isolation. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and for the fact that they cared.

my review is for Lisa Thornton who has been inspecting my property for the past five years. She has always been exceptionally helpful and willing to offer advice where she can. All the inspections have been very thorough and she has picked up things that I have not even noticed. I have always been very comfortable having Lisa inspect my property knowing she will do a very thorough job and keep me informed of any issues. She also kept on top of issues that arose.

You put your heart and soul into this process, Sam, and I really appreciate how hard you worked for us to get our forever home. From when we first spoke, you understood exactly what I needed, and our needs were pretty specific. We were looking for an accessible ground floor home, with the space to extend to allow our son to access our home in a power wheelchair. What you actually found us, was a home already adapted, completely ready for us to move in and live. Twice yearly my rented abode is visited and inspected by the delightful Sharon Sculpher, Eaton Socon Branch. I cannot speak more highly of her professionalism and warmth. Her smile and charm would light up any room of the house ! Always on time and thorough in her duties. Whatever sporadic, little problems I have are ALWAYS dealt with by the speed resembling a click of a finger which suggests to me that she also works with a team who provide the very best of service in their field. I am a tenant in a property managed by Thomas Morris. The staff who I have dealt with since moving in have always been polite, efficient and kind in dealing with any queries or problems. We are inspected once every three months to make sure the property is safe and habitable by the lovely Ms Scott who is conscientious, good -humored and always listens to any problems and potential issues and isn't just going through the motions.. - a rare trait.
