Georgia is professional and offers attention to detail when viewing houses. Her attitude and friendly wat puts you at ease knowing you're in safe hands either selling or buying. Would definitely recommend this branch.

I have now moved into my property, massive thanks to Rosie Maden who understood what I needed and informed me about the property at the very early stages of it being on the market.

We were warned by previous tenants about this agency, and unfortunately, our experience confirmed their concerns. Haart lost our one month's notice, forcing us to pay for an extra month out of our deposit. It's now been nearly three weeks, and the remaining balance of our deposit still hasn’t been returned. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Would not recommend.

We had a great service from Gary and the team at Haart St Neots. They quickly found a buyer for our home and kept in constant contact even through the lockdown.

We have had an incredible experience with haart in what is a difficult time to be selling & buying a house. We have been working with Ben, who has been an outstanding estate agent for us from minute one, continually going above and beyond …

The team were all very professional and courteous, especially Georgia Kendall. Phone calls and messages were responded to promptly and the whole experience was a good one, and as stress free as possible.

Without doubt, there is no other agency i would go to in the town, possibly the county. I first encountered Haart when looking for sponsorship for my football team and they came up trumps. Now that after a rather turbulent year I'm selling my house, the understanding, the compassion and skills that have gone into securing a sale have not gone unnoticed , hence my review. Not wanting to single anyone out as the team are all aware of all that is going on, but if i had to Ella especially , Gary, ( who i bore with Star Wars), Rosie and George,( who is the most polite person i know) . Its a fantastic team and never shy of talking. I'd want bad news delivered by no-one other than these. Hopefully we push my sale over the line and i'll buy them all dinner. Credit to the business!!!!

Great service from a great team that work really well together. Didn't matter who you got on the end of the phone they were up to date with the situation. What should have been a straight forward process turned into a long tedious stressful time. After our vendors estate agents went into administration the person I dealt with and the team went the extra mile and liaised between us and our vendor and also our vendors original vendors estate agents. Would definitely use them again if we were to move again and trust them implicitly. I would confidently recommend them (and have done) to friends and family who are thinking of moving.

We feel very lucky to have made contact with the great team from SpicerHaart. Individually each person has a lot to offer and seems to enjoy their job and want the best for their client. Nothing is too much trouble and they care. Rare qualities that sometimes get lost in the busy, corporate world of cut and thrust that is the modern Estate Agent. We are very happy to do business with Haart and would recommend this Agent in glowing terms.

After deciding to sell my property I set out to find a selection of the, what I believed, to be top estate agents in St. Neots. One of these was Haart, based in a prominent location on the high street. I requested a valuation via their website and received a call immediately and it was all booked. I was visited by Ella Boddington and have to say that she was fantastic. She took the time to sit and discuss what I was looking for and the position I was in before we set about to view the property. Once viewed we then had another good sit down and she went through what she and Haart could do for me, offered her valuation which was spot on to what I was expecting and she was extremely friendly and informative throughout. If you are looking to sell I would recommend to at least have a visit from Haart/Ella and make your own judgement.

The whole team at Haart St Neots are an absolute delight to have 'worked' with. From start to end they are highly professional, very knowledgeable and provide a polite, friendly, charming service with great availability from the agents. Although I did not purchase my property through Haart, I would definitely recommend the services they have to offer to other people. It has been great to work with a team who truly love what they do and always went the extra mile for me. Thank you all!!

This was Mikes first experience buying a house, but not mine and I did not hold a very high opinion of agents, but we dealt initially with Hannah who was very polite and helpful. We also received free advice on mortgages. Later into the purchase Gary came on board and was excellent at communicating, in a way that shows that he fully understands the stresses involved. When we had last minute issues with our lender, he did his utmost to help us. I would not hesitate to use Haarts in St. Neots for my next move.

There's a good reason why this is my second posting here. Haarts and manager Gary Latcham in particular, deliver. In noticing that the buyer of our recent property has also positively reviewed the transaction, I concur, for reasons outside both the seller, the estate agent and our control, this was neither an easy nor quick transaction. Haarts throughout remained professional and mostly importantly kept communication channels open and effective. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Haarts estate agents, St.Neots branch.

We have been looking for a suitable property for some time and the current market was proving quite difficult as we are relocating from Dorset. James kindly contacted us with details of a house which certainly ticked our boxes, he arranged a prompt and convenient viewing and we are pleased to say our offer was accepted. Rosie and Georgia met us on time at the property and gave us plenty of time to look around the house and garden. We have even dealing with lots of agents but can honestly say the team at St. Neots have been courteous and professional.

I cannot fault Haart at all. Their customer service is second to none and it's been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Ella, Peter, Rosie and Gary have all been fantastic during our selling/buying process and have made it incredibly easy .They are quick at responding and take the time to explain things fully so you're never left wondering or left confused. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, and look forward to using them again in the future (although not too soon!).

This is my first ever dealing with HAART estate agents and I can only heap a load of praise towards them. They are a professional, friendly and knowledgeable out fit, who have only helped me through this tough sale. They keep me up to date with regular phone calls and are constantly striving to provide a great service to me. Couldn't ask for much more than that! I would like to thank the staff for all their hard work and efforts, very much appreciated. Great team!

The team at haart were fantastic in the sale of my home. Constant communication and updates which made a difficult time a whole lot easier. From Rosie introducing the buyers to Ella and Gary keeping me updated throughout. Even with my purchase which was through another agent they kept me updated with this also. I would highly recommend haart to anyone. Peter at just mortgages was brilliant in providing us with our new mortgage and was extremely professional from start to finish. A real 6* performance throughout!

My husband and I viewed a few properties with Haart whilst searching for our home, and couldn’t fault the service. We were looked after mainly by Rosie who we found to be incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. She was never late to an appointment (and even took time out of her day off a couple of times to work around our schedule), and always able to answer any questions we had. She also took the time to really get to know us and exactly what kind of home we were looking for, so we trusted that if anything came on the market within our criteria she would let us know. Thanks so much for all your help and hard work!

I would just like to say, if anyone, in the St Neots area, is looking to sell their property, I recommend you look no further than Haart, St Neots. All the team at their office have been absolutely brilliant! It was mainly, Ella, Rosie, James and Gary that I liaised with, but all the team were really helpful and knowledgeable. I had not sold a home in over 20 years and they went above and beyond, with all their help and advice, regularly keeping me informed at all stages of the process, in helping me to secure the sale of my property and I cannot thank them enough. A Fantastic service and a really friendly team!

I registered with Haart to find a new property in the local area. Having viewed 2 properties with Rosie I was impressed with her professionalism and friendliness. In addition to this I have received phone calls from the office asking if I'm still looking for a new house, considering me for any that were potentially coming on the market, as a side note, I have only been considered for properties in my search area, unlike some other agents I'm registered with who were sending me anything and everything. I have found a house now but not with Haart. I would definitely recommend using them for a sale or a purchase.
