GoogleI recently contacted Pete Wheatley for a valuation and some advice on my property. Although we are some way from selling, Pete made me feel like a priority and put me at great ease. He was attentive, conscientious, and knowledgeable not only my house, but the market as a whole. When we are ready to go I will not hesitate to contact him again and would highly recommend him to anyone. An all round good guy who's good at the job!

GoogleHaart Estate agents have helped us over many years when selling and buying properties. When George came round to value our property he was honest but fair on his opinion of the bungalow and the price he thought we could achieve. We still feel that he is doing his best to sell our property ithout sending people who do not fit the facilities. Nothing worse than a time waster in our opinion and we havent had any looking at it. We would recommend Haart and George or Sean to any of our friends.

GoogleWe have had a wonderful experience with Haart Estate Agents. Joseph Tilley has worked tirelessly communicating at length with us/the seller to help us achieve the purchase of our dream home. We have had lot of questions throughout the buying process but Joe’s active approach had most of these answered before we even left the viewing! He has kept us informed of what stage we are at throughout the buying process, booked us in a second viewing after the offer was accepted to which we are very grateful for and given us useful recommendations of shops and school’s in the area. I look forward to using Haart again in the future and would strongly recommend speaking to Joseph Tilley to anyone searching for their dream home.

GoogleOh where do I start.... Ella, Rosie and Connor at haart St Neots are superstars with the patience of saints. What do we pay estate agents for? The house sells itself. The usual thoughts most people have when you sell your house for the first time. These guys deserve double. If you want added value, look no further. They had viewings stacked up and sold the house in about a fortnight but that is where their real work started. They liaised with solicitors and chased everyone and advised on all the many, many nuances of moving throughout. I'd bang my head against a wall with something then speak to Ella and all would be well again. I absolutely hated the moving process and would have given up had it not been for Ella and Rosie. Instead we have a new adventure ready for our family that would not have happened without them. I wish I could give them 6 stars they deserve it. And another on top. My advice - do not scrimp on estate agents. Choose haart and you will not regret it. The service you receive cannot have a monetary value placed on it! GoogleWe sold our property with Haart because we had had such a good experience buying the property through them before. They provided an excellent service. Their marketing and pricing was top notch and we had a lot of viewings lined up quickly. Ella and George answered any questions we had quickly. Their attitude was always friendly, upbeat and professional. They also worked their magic with solicitors and the other agents involved to move the process along. Highly recommended.

GoogleHaving put our property to market through a local agent and found our forever home through haart estate agents St Neots in late January 2020, no one could have prepared my husband and I for the rollercoaster ride we found ourselves stuck on for the next 11 months in terms of the highs and lows we experienced as a result of Covid-19 and additionally the incredible bad luck our property chain had. From the very first time I spoke with Rosie Maden and subsequently with Ella Boddington and Gary Latcham, I experienced an unprecedented level of support from haart estate agents St Neots. We consistently felt that we had the best possible support at our disposal from a genuine, caring and friendly team, who continued to pull out all stops to ensure the best possible outcome for us right through to the day we finally exchanged contracts on 14 December and completed on 18 December, just one week before Christmas!
