GoogleWould absolutely recommend Haart Estate Agent in St.Neots. Their customer service level and communication in selling my house has been out of this world, couldn't have asked for a better agent. A massive thank you to all the staff, Ella, Georgia, Gary and Rosie, specially James who undertook the sale of the property! Not only did James sell the property he also supported me in the property maintenance getting the gardeners done and went beyond is job description and sorted this for me! So I didn't feel stressed at all. That's what you call great service and caring for his customers.

GoogleWithout hesitation I would recommend Haart St. Neot's to anyone moving or renting in the area. From the very first minute we were greeted with a professional and approachable service. Ella and James both went out of their way to accommodate us and ensure we were able to secure the house we wanted and we cannot thank them enough. We were kept up to date constantly and whenever we needed anything, they were on hand. It really felt like a personal service tailored to us and Haart really made a stressful process so much easier and more transparent. Many, many thanks

GoogleI am delighted with the customer service I have received from haart and especially impressed by their negotiator Georgia Kendall. From the first time I contacted Georgia, she genuinely listened to my requirements, worked hard to match me with the right property, supported me with accurate information when requested and her communication is excellent. This not only inspired confidence, but made buying a pleasure. It's fair to say I am now a real advocate of haart St Neots.

GoogleAMAZING From the moment we booked to view our house this company were more than satisfactory. Throughout the whole buying process they have Provided support and guidance. We are first time buyers and our knowledge of buying houses was probably 10%. GoogleHaart have just sold us our first house and we have had a wonderful experience from start to finish. James, our agent, was really knowledgeable and really helpful, answering any questions we had and was always happy to arrange a viewing with our new house. Gary, the store manager, often went above and beyond for us, particularly helping with any paperwork that was overwhelming! Would definitely recommend Haart to any first time buyers. Emily and Toby.

FacebookI am letting through Haart right now and have several issues in house. I was mis sold this house by telling me that there is a plan for redecoration. And now the last thing is , they don't even reply to emails when I query on issues or ask when the fixes would be done. This is the case when they have an approved budget from the landlady. My advice - Pay money to them only if you want your agent to vanish as soon as you report an issue.
Hi Sonal, We're really sorry to hear about this. I believe our Property Management team are liaising with you regarding these issues and will be updating you as progress is made. Any further problems please do contact Property Management or Peterborough haart Lettings
