GoogleI can not recommend Wyatt Hughes enough. The whole team have been fantastic in getting the viewings and keeping in contact with feed back and then when we sold they were on top of everything with checking in with the solicitors and providing updates. We will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you so much.

GoogleWyatthughes estate agents....Awful company. Literally disrespectful and totally unhelpful company. Not only did I receive unsolicited emails from several different agents within the company they then sent me appalling listing including ones with annual fees near 10k, rundown properties, retirement properties that I had clearly said no to, even a beach hut. They clearly wanted to sell their unsellables. Do not trust them at all. Most came from their director directly. Can not state enough, be very careful and read all small print, the packs, look for hidden issues...these guys are unscrupulous to the core. You are better off with other agents that aren't wicked.

However, to publicly label us untrustworthy, awful, disrespectful and wicked based purely upon on being sent a few automated properties updates we feel is rather unfair. GoogleNeil Skeggs is a proper professional Estate Agent. We have used Wyatt Hughes twice and I couldn't recommend him, and the office as a whole, highly enough. We have had such bad experiences elsewhere in Hastings, I will always return to Wyatt Hughes.

They were very friendly but in no way pushy or 'salesy', instead they allowed me to look around the property with no pressure and followed up quickly on any questions I had.
