I put my flat on to rent with a different local agent which led to a disastrous experience. Signing with the Wyatt Hughes letting team and service was a huge weight off my shoulders. They were really supportive with finding local tradesman and supportive and understanding to my tenant and I. I also used Wyatt Hughes for the recent sale of my flat. Jon, Neil and especially Megan delivered outstanding service. I cannot thank the team enough (mainly Megan). The service was professional and exceeded my expectations of going with an agent. I would highly recommend using Wyatt Hughes for any lettings or sales/purchases.

Wyatt Hughes have made the whole process of selling my flat very smooth and stress-free. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Neil did all the arranging to get it on the market, keeping me informed at each stage. I received emails and text reminders about viewings and Neil's advice was very helpful when it came to closing the sale. From then on, Megan was an absolute star, keeping me up to date at each stage of the conveyancing process. Neil and Megan made the whole thing remarkably easy, which was particularly appreciated as I live quite a long way from St. Leonards. Thank you. While the flat was let out, Catherine and Marion in the Lettings team were responsive to any issues from my tenant and kept me closely informed. It was very reassuring knowing that they were there. A big thank you to them, too, for all their help over the years.

I was so pleased when Mark called me to say they had a new house on a road I really liked. I had tried to buy another house on the same road about 2 months before this one but the sale fell through. I went to look at the house the following day. I was blown away the house was perfect better than the one I tried buying two months before. Megan was a delight through the whole process of getting exchange of contracts. Always keeping me updated through out. Estate agents don't have a great reputation. But this whole process with Wyatt Hughes was so good. Really fantastic. If I ever sell ,it will be through Wyatt Hughes. Big thank you to them !

I have recently used Wyatt Hughes to sell a property following a bereavement. I had several agents around and decided to go with Neil and his team rather than one of the more well known national agents who I have to say demonstrated all the cliches associated with Estate Agents. They were only missing the filofax! Neil was different. His business is local and family oriented and he understands the market. Plenty of viewings were arranged and I was kept informed at all stages of the process. Neil, Megan and Casey could not have been more helpful and I can highly recommend them.

This was my first time of using Wyatt Hughes' services, but honestly I couldn't have wished anything more from an estate agents, they provided me with an amazing service. I was supported mainly by Jon who showed me a property they had on the market but sadly it wasn't what I was looking for, Jon took me to another property which had just become available which I fell in love with. The team supported me every step of the way through the purchasing process, they reassured me and answered any questions I had. Jon went above and beyond to ensure things went as smoothly as it could, bearing in mind the purchasing process started and finished during the pandemic, it came with a few hiccups along the way, but the team done anything they could to help. On completion they presented me with a card and a lovely bunch of flowers too, which was a lovely touch to the end of the service. In short, we were overwhelmed by the support and kindness Wyatt Hughes showed us through our buying and selling process. Nearing the end of our sale we navigated a newborn and a toddler, they were extremely family oriented, kind and understanding, giving us the time and space necessary to readjust before continuing with the sale. During this very busy time and with the stamp duty break coming to an end Wyatt Hughes were calm, knowledgable and reassuring. Neil and his team (Cassie, Megan & Naomi) were always available and offered words of wisdom during the purchase of our property that we had fallen in love with but that had multiple issues along the way. I wish I could give Wyatt Hughes more than 5 stars - they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We met Neil when we viewed a property through Wyatt Hughes and after only a short chat with him, we wanted him to come and value our property. We were so impressed with the service we received from the valuation onwards. Neil was so reassuring and knowledgable and knowing this was our first experience of selling, he took us under his wing and looked after us throughout the whole process. The photography and marketing of our property was impressive - as soon as it went live, it was on social media and presented beautifully. We felt that Wyatt Hughes really understood our property and within a matter of days we had multiple viewings. Throughout the viewings they communicated brilliantly and their organisation is faultless - we were always notified and reminded about viewings and timings always suited us. Feedback on viewings were communicated promptly and always proved useful to us as sellers. When the offer was made, Neil just calmly and seamlessly guided us through the process and whilst always offering his professional opinion, he was never pushy or over bearing and let us think for ourselves. Throughout the sale, Wyatt Hughes have gone above and beyond answering our queries and communicating with solicitors and our buyer. The communication has been so impressive and reassuring. No matter who you ring and speak to, everyone at the office is polite, professional and genuinely invested in making sure everything works out for all. Although we have worked mostly with Neil, who is exceptional in his role and Jonathan who has also been equally helpful and a pleasure to deal with - the whole team have impressed us. We are lucky to have many examples of good agents in Hastings and St Leonards but now cannot imagine selling a property through anyone else. After 3 months the other agents managed just one viewing..Wyatt Hughes achieved several viewings just in the first week.
