We had tried to sell our flat in St Leonard’s 3 times previously using 2 other agents but the team at Wyatt Hughes were by far the most genuine, honest & ultimately successful in selling it! On our first meeting Neil was honest & knowledgeable and followed up by email as promised immediately which suggested the great level of service that would follow. They arranged lots of viewings but also pro-actively chased & followed up with feedback from each viewing. They were constantly helpful & available throughout the sale process unlike others we have used that once receiving an offer can sometimes think their work is done.
