GooglePoor property management. I have been left with no heating or hot water for a week. This is the 3rd year in a row when the boiler breaks down. There have been no updates from WH about the situation.
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We appreciate that the situation with the boiler did drag on longer than anyone would have liked. As you’ll be aware, we required the landlord’s consent before proceeding with any repairs, and there was a delay while he arranged for his own plumber to assess the issue and provide a quote. That said, we fully understand how frustrating it must have been to be without heating and hot water during that time, and we regret the lack of timely updates on our part. We’re glad that the matter was ultimately resolved and a new boiler was installed. Please rest assured that we’ve taken your comments on board and are continuing to work on improving communication and turnaround times in situations like this.

GoogleWe had great experience working with Wyatt Hughes and being support by their Director, Jon. From the start it was easy to arrange viewings and follow ups, and the team were responsive and easy to get hold off, providing regular updates and chasing to get things moving, and arranging for a local builder to join us at the property to advise us on future works. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances completely out of Jon's control, we didn't get to exchange on the property, but we would absolutely recommend Wyatt Hughes as a partner estate agent.

GoogleI can't recommend Wyatt Hughes enough, Megan has handled our sale so well and always kept me up to date with the chain. It has been difficult to pin down an agreed completion date with the chain up until recently which has caused some problems with temporary accommodation, however Megan and Neil worked hard to find a solution and now we are on track to complete in a few weeks! Thanks so much :)

We have all had a positive experience and have found the Sales and Letting teams very professional. Most recently they have supported me in the letting of flat. I found their advice extremely helpful in preparing the flat, and their services were flexible enough so I could chose the level of support required. GoogleMy interaction with Wyatt Hughes so far was really good (am two weeks in the new property) - there are negative stereo types around estate agents but these do not apply with Wyatt Hughes. I was recommended them through a local facebook group, as I was quering on another estate agent, and am happy I followed up on that recommendation! As a tenant they have been very pro-active and on the ball with all my queries - as I am working from home I needed a home set up prior to moving and Wyatt Hughes have been really helpful with all my questions, and gone the extra mile to find information (which I have heard from my friends who are dealing with similar queries and have to chase estate agents, is not always the case). So far I couldn't be happier with this experience as moving is stressful enough, and Wyatt Hughes have thus far shown that they care about tenants queries (this is very rare in my experience). My only constructive feedback would be to check all the utilities function before letting it - in my case the hot water doesn't work in the shower, unless I sit and lower the shower head to about a meter of the ground and shower this way, which is an awkward incredibly annoying experience, and as this a basic necessity I did not think to check when looking at places. Despite this however Wyatt Hughes are on top and probably in the midst of fixing this issue, will update if this is not the case.

The team are professional, friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. We would like to say a big thank-you to Neil, Megan and Casey who kept us updated every step of the way and assisted us throughout. For people who are not familiar with the property market I would highly recommend Wyatt Hughes. All our questions were treated as valid and were never seen as trivial. They were happy to spend time talking things through and I think this is essential when embarking on a massive step as selling your family home.
