Wyatt Hughes have been used by the leaseholders in our block several times over the last few years. We have all had a positive experience and have found the Sales and Letting teams very professional. Most recently they have supported me in the letting of flat. I found their advice extremely helpful in preparing the flat, and their services were flexible enough so I could chose the level of support required. They always return calls quickly and have a 'nothing is too much trouble' approach. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to landlords, tenants or those looking to sell.

They don't even have the decency to tell you you've been rejected for a flat. Me and my pregnant partner explained our entire situation regarding how important it was for us to find a flat as soon as possible and how desperate we were for a flat we viewed with this company. We were really hopeful after filling out the applications and waited patiently for a response. In the meantime we put a hold to applying to other flats because we really thought this company understood us and our situation. They didn't call us back. I had to call in to find out we didn't get selected because 'they have been busy'. Good for them. First and last time I use this company. If your in a similar situation avoid this company.

I have used Wyatt Hughes 3 times now to find tenants. Each time the level of service has been exceptional. The whole team is completely customer focussed, very responsive and efficient. They all go beyond the extra mile and I will only use them going forward. I live a hundred miles away so contact by phone and email is essential but this is no barrier. Many complications arise in Lettings but the team are never phased and all hurdles are always overcome. They do all this for great value also. Well done and I hope you have all had a very well deserved festive break.
