We have rented from a few agents in the past and Park Lane have by far been the best to deal with.
One of the best points is you're not speaking to a different person everytime you make contact.. we dealt solely with Mark Nash who I must say is absolutely fantastic! He really got to know us well as tenants and made everything as easy as he could for us.
I can highly recommend Park Lane to anyone looking at renting a property.

GoogleThis is the first review of this kind I have done and to rebuff any cynics I don't not work for Park Lane Group and I have no association with them in an any way other than bieng a tenant. It is the first time I have rented a flat in many years. Firstly Park Lane Group properties are second to none, the quality of the finishes in the flat is top notch and they are fully specked reducing the amount of money needed to spend on appliances, they are well destined and thought out flats. Now let's get on with the service I have received from Park Lane Group the point of contact has been consistent with only one point of contact Mark Nash he is efficient and responds to all of my queries promptly and seeks to find immediate resolutions to any potential issues I have raised. I must say I have dealt with letting agency's in the past and nothing has come close to the service provided by Park Lane Group. I have no hesitations in recommending them to potential tenants who would not be disappointed in the service or quality of the properties, as it has made for stress free renting and living

Annual electrical and boiler checks were prompt. I left the house in good order and so all my deposit was returned to me. I was sorry to leave The Park Lane Group, but moving area has meant that I had no option.
