The Park Lane Group is fantastic! I have rented a property from them for a year and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The house was new, well decorated, modern and stylish. With plenty of space to turn it into a home. Mark is excellent, he is extremely professional and since the first viewing of the property, until the end of the tenancy he has always been very reasonable and kind. Communication in particular is excellent, emails are usually answered the same day and if not, the following day! Everything was well explained and I was well informed of planned inspections and visits. When the time came to inform Mark we would be ending the tenancy, he was fantastic and ensured he fitted viewings around us to suit our needs. The check out process was quick, simple and very fair. If you are looking to rent a property and want to live in a well looked after property, in great locations with excellent landlords, look no further than The Park Lane Group!

Had the best experience with Park lane Group.. Got my keys 3 weeks ago for their Finchley Place development ..... The financial advisor Samantha went over and beyond to assist me in securing the mortgage, even with hitches she was very determined and helped to resolve them along the way. Fiona in Sales is very professional and helpful was always willing to my concerns and address my multiple questions being a first time buyer, has been very good at providing updates from start to finish in a very timely way. Steve the site manager is very driven and you can actually tell he is very interested to ensure that the house is just right. Overall the quality of the build was as promised , built to a high specification and finish we love the house and the little thoughtful details along the way to make us feel valued and settle in our houses.. I had a very frustrating experience with PLG and their aftersales service. The issues i faced with the quality of workmanship, materials, and customer support have taken a significant toll on myself and my family and I was left very disappointed when a company prioritises speed of the build over quality, especially when it comes to something as important as your home. My review is to highlight several critical areas that PLG need to address, including: 1. Quality of Workmanship: The numerous snags and issues that I encountered point to a lack of attention to detail and quality control during the construction process. PLG utilises external tradespeople which their workmanship did not meet quality standards. PLG failed to seek any customer feedback regarding the quality of the work performed, nor did they conduct their own quality checks. As a result, I had to address and rectify the issues myself. 2. After-Sales Support: Slow response times and unprofessional communication from the after sales team which exacerbated an already stressful situation. I feel It's essential for companies to show empathy and take responsibility for their quality of work. 3. Customer Experience: It seems that once the sale is completed, the focus shifts away from customer satisfaction. This left me feeling abandoned and frustrated. 4. Limited addition options: The lack of flexibility in home customization was disappointing if your looking to make your home unique e.g upgrades. 5: Expectations: view other PLG sites for a real reflection of finish not PLG property brochures e.g parking bays and tight road spaces, some cars bays to park on stones. I also feel It’s essential for potential buyers to get a realistic view of what to expect. To conclude: My experience is once you have completed and moved in, your on your own to battle with them to get your home resolved to a satisfactory level, but some of it at your own cost. Rating: I give 1 star to the sales staff who are fabulous and 1 star for sales progression and support. PLG let themselves down regarding the quality of build and after sales service. Total stars two ** of five.

I am not one for writing reviews but it is well deserved here. My partner and I have recently bought our first house through The Park Lane Group, and I must say it was a really nice experience. The staff have been (and still are) extremely friendly and helpful. Its safe to say they have made our move so easy and fun. Amy (the sales manager) has been AMAZING and has gone above and beyond her job role to help everything run smoothly. We had some financial awkwardness initially and thought we would have to give up the house in the early stages, but Amy was available when ever we needed reassurance and guidance. She also made those situations much less stressful through making us feel really welcomed over the phone/in the office and answering all of our stupid questions without hesitation. We have lived in our beautiful home for 2 months now. We could not be more happy with it. The house is of an extremely high standard with high spec kitchen/bathroom/fittings etc. Steve, the site manager, is fantastics and very attentive to any snags. Any issues we have had (normal for a new build, and my clumsy self) have been dealt with very quickly and to a brilliant standard. We looked at other sites and companies with similar builds but felt they were very clinical in structural design and staff. The staff were not personable at all and it seemed they were quite controlling in who you could use for bill providers/financial advisors/solicitors/carpet fitters etc. They also would add extras costs for things very basic but essential for the house. With The Park Lane Group what you see is what you get and we had control over everything. There were no hidden costs as everything was included in the price - including the beautiful tiles in the kitchen, hall and bathrooms. So we got a beautiful classy modern house with superb service and ongoing aftercare service too. Can't fault it! We would highly recommend for anyone to buy/rent with them based on our experience :)

This has been my very first property purchase. I had always imagined it being a very difficult and daunting experience! That being said, it wasn't easy. but with PLG (park lane group) they made it as straightforward as possible! Especially with Lucinda's help 😊 she was always there to answer my emails and help male everything go a smoothly as possible. This is only my first day in my property, but I can say the finished product is beautifully presented and I can't wait to get this house into a home 😊 I would definitely recommend them! Super friendly, helpful and speedy on responding! I do not regret putting my trust in their hands! Highly recommend to anyone that wants to buy their first home like me.

Never fixed anything, was reduced to using a saucepan to flush the toilet for 6 months and then they stole my deposit stating things like "sky dish not removed", which was there we moved in! Awful to deal with, glad I never have to deal with this scum ever again. Reply to owner - Well it's great to hear that you have improved your service, how about now that you are all new and care about your tenants that you pay us back the £500 deposit you stole from us. That would only be right wouldn't it? Oh and by the way, Julie Bennett's review I notice has been taken down, probably because she is an employee, and Dawn Thompson is an ex-employee. Thought I'd point this out as you stated you don't make up replies, keep up the PR work!

Mark and Zoe are absolute time wasters, they waste peoples time over and over, asking for personal documents when they have no intention of actually going forward, asking for credit card statements, bank statements, references, character references, an online application form which takes 30 minutes, asking for balances / screenshot of all banks, savings and on top of that after having disclose all this information they don’t move forward. What they do is waste your time get 5/6 people to apply and just go with whatever is first, they are your typical clown outfit of an estate agency and just to note all this was for a rented property we had to disclose more info and provide more information than when we applied for a mortgage. Do not use this agency as from speaking to previous tenants they run there property’s like a prison and constantly watch you, random inspections and so on, stay away from ParkLane and the clowns Zoe and Mark.

After being asked by Park lane to leave a review we originally rated 5 stars for the smooth running of moving into our rented property. However, whilst living in the property and ending the tenancy was a NIGHTMARE. We would receive various threatening emails about parking in visitor bays (even just to drop off the shopping!) yet the owners of the other properties would park there too and the spaces were never in use. When we viewed the property, we were told the visitor parking was first come first serve and not once was it made clear that tenants or owners were not allowed to park in these bays. The road outside was then painted with double yellows which made parking more restrictive, unless it was school pick up time then it was a free for all (though park lane never mentioned this to be an issue). We were constantly receiving emails. There was several requests to access the property due to maintenance that had no been carried out prior to moving in that should of been done. When maintenance was carried out, the contractors left a dirty bucket on the brand new carpet and left our lights on all day whilst we were at work. We soon stopped access to the property unless we were home! We received an email about how well we looked after the property, however did not receive our full deposit back after a ridiculous quote for cleaning (£200+ for dusty blinds!) We found there to be cheaper quotes, but this was not accepted. The properties look lovely, but after 1 month of using the shower the ceiling starts to crack and extractor fan was not effective one bit. When giving notice, that was also difficult as it was not within the payment cycle, so check your tenancy contracts with a fine tooth comb. The only way they negotiated this was if we allowed viewings to take place. Overall we would not rent through park lane again. We felt as if we couldn’t even breathe in our own home with the fear of doing something wrong. We’ve been very cautious about our moves since but fortunately have found much better experiences with other agents.PositiveProfessionalism

My partner and I rented through the Park Lane Group for roughly a year and a half at a lovely modern property. Mark helped us from start to finish and was so supportive when my partner was made redundant at the beginning of covid, luckily he found a job within a day but we were very worried how things were going to play out and speaking to Mark was always such a reassurance. The only reason we reluctantly left the property was we were moving out of Hastings to stay with my partner’s family for a while to save to hopefully buy a property (I’d do that through the park lane group also if there’s anything available when we’re looking to buy). I miss the house and the experience we had with the group. The monthly rent was a great price for everything that we had and the property was good quality, we really really loved every minute there and I’d live there and go through Park Lane again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Mark & team for the most homeliest home we’ve ever had and being so supportive every step of the way, the respect and gratitude we have for you is off the scale. I don’t know where to start! I cannot thank Fiona and Katie enough; they went above and beyond my expectations from any sales team. I contacted the Park Lane Group in order to view one of their 3-bedroom properties and it was from that I had my first contact with Fiona. I was hoping to schedule a visit within a couple of days but was pleasantly surprised when Fiona said she could meet me at the property in 2hrs. on arrival Fiona was very professional and friendly and most important no hard sale tactics. The property I viewed did not meet my requirements but after discussing my needs with Fiona, she suggested I view one of Park Lanes 4-bedroom houses. We scheduled a visit for the 4-bed property the next day, even though the road to the property was not complete, we were escorted safely by Steve ( more on him later) It was on this next visit, me and my daughters fell in love with the house. The layout and finish were exactly what I wanted. So, I began the process of purchasing the property. The sales process on my part was tricky for numerous reasons, but this was when in met Katie. From this point Both Fiona and Katie took the reigns and took over the process and kept me up to date at all times. Both were always available on email and phone; at no point did I feel they were not contactable. In fact, I made my reservation in last week of October and had moved in by the 2nd week in January. The hand over with Steve and Katie was in-depth and thorough and any snagging issues which had been identified during the initial walk though had been resolved. I have been in my beautiful new home for a little over two weeks now and as with anything there have been a couple of teething issues. With that said, one email to the aftercare team resolved this within a day. I even stopped Steve in the street with a windows handle issue and again to my pleasant surprise he went to his car, retrieved a new handle and fitted it there and then. I could go on but I’m sure this review site has a word limit. Fiona, Katie, Steve and the Park Lane Group well done, and a heartfelt thanks from me and my daughters x Changing my review to 1 star. if it would let me give zero I would - I will post a full review of my experience The Park Lane Group over the last 2 years.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Park Lane Group, and in particular Mark Nash, who have helped made the decision to choose a new home, a very easy and also pleasant experience. Being overseas and needing to find a home ‘back home’ in a short time, PLG have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process and provided timely responses to all questions, went out of their way to assist with all the administration in my absence and also provided quality updates the whole time, as well as helping us find a quality home.
