GoogleGreat at getting you in the door, not so great after. The initial process of letting the property was excellent - the communication and service afterwards has been dreadful. On discussion with the landlord the agents have repeatedly transferred electricity and gas to a substandard provider with each tennant yet didn't give the meter readings despite giving me the meter readings in a pack. They registered utilities in names that I did not wish to use and generally made life awkward for me for months in trying to get these bills sorted out.

GoogleThey will try their best to eat your deposit, whatever it takes them they will make up things. You touch the wall in their house and that's £100 gone their. They work for landlord and not for tenants. Remember they charge you the rent to the date you stay in the house PLUS 1 week extra for the time you are NOT staying in the house and they will tell you this only when you have left the house. They will go against the contract agreement and their own statements to avoid returning your deposit. AVOID !
Hi there I am so sorry you feel this way. As we have explained you asked to leave a tenancy before the end of your agreed fixed period. Your landlord agreed to this on the condition that you pay rent until just before any new tenants moved in. You agreed this in writing. We successfully found new tenants, releasing you from your tenancy early. Sadly you seem to feel that as you actually moved out before this agreed date that you should not be liable for the agreement you made with the landlord. We have offered to refer this issue and your concerns to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for independent and binding adjudication, but you chose to not take this up. As we have said before, we remain happy to meet with you to go through this and try to find a way forward. Once again, we are sorry you feel so unhappy with our service. Matthew

Maxine Lester and all the staff have always provided a first class service and the odd times I needed assistance with issues they were sure to act quickly and professionally. GoogleSecond property that the team at ML have let for me. Took eight days from meeting Alithia at the property to the contract being signed by the tenant and just a week later the tenant moved in. Super professional and great at keeping everyone up to date with all information. Great team and they should be proud of their results.
