Tries to break up the contract after the first 6months . So that they can again get money for referencing by letting the property to someone else. Keep away from these creatures .. GoogleI can't praise the staff and management of Maxine Lester highly enough. I found myself in a very difficult situation having had a landlord pull out of a rental two days prior to moving via another agency. It was a matrimonial breakdown situation with young children involved and the staff pulled out all the stops and not only found me a great place in which we are all really happy but got me in there sooner than I could have hoped. This was only possible because of the attentiveness and excellent communication between the staff and myself. I found them to be a very professional organisation but this usually means the experience can be impersonal but it was anything but that. I have conveyed my thanks in person, but thought it might be useful to share my experience for anybody in my position in the future.
