I am sorry that you found the need to give us basic information in order to set up a viewing with the property irrelevant.
As mentioned we do not know you, or your situation and before setting up any viewing the initial conversation tells us a lot. The safety of our team is paramount and since you took such an aggressive stance perhaps you can understand why we were not willing to deal with you. I have now listened to your conversation with my colleague and would agree with her that you were rude to the point of being aggressive. Not the sort of person we want to deal with and certainly not the sort of person we would want to introduce to any of the Landlords we work with.
By giving us a low review because we would not be bullied into doing what you want just shows the general public the type of person they can expect to deal with.
