GoogleWe've just finished renting a house with Think Lettings. After previously experiencing some awful agents and landlords, Think were a breath of fresh air. Communicative and organised from the very start, we dealt with Jade from the first viewing to the last email and she was brilliant throughout. We had some maintenance issues which needed to be resolved in the property and we were always able to email Jade who would immediately get someone out to sort it. She was also always kind enough to spontaneously ask how things were going following a maintenance callout. We have now bought a house but would not hesitate to rent with Think if we ever needed to in the future.

GoogleAmazing support and service … had experience from a buying perspective where Sharon handled the purchase pushing it through and constantly chasing it up ….. it took just 6 weeks to complete (during Covid)!! Then from a letting perspective I have been using them for at least 8 years … Jade is a fantastic new addition to the team, great communicator and makes me feel my properties are in safe hands. Always sourced great tennants and market leading rents !!

GoogleTHINK estate agents made it simple and quick for me to become a first time renter and breeze through referencing with on hand support from my personal letting agent Jade with queries both before and after moving into the property However I would recommend exercising caution when being contacted by there partner goodlord as they refferd me to a billing service with acasa which became a nefarious ordeal however these have no direct relation to think sales and lettings.

GoogleI chose Think as the letting agent for a flat that I have just off Crow Lane. Jade looks after my account. Recently, some of the windows needed re-sealing on the outside. I had paid for this to be done on the other aspect a few years ago. Jade advised me that the building management company should take care of this repair in return for the service charge that owners pay. Having experienced how difficult it is to even contact these people, let alone get them to do something to my advantage, I thought this was an optimistic hope. Jade offered to take care of it for me and she did it, they even repaired the decoration on the inside. Awesome, Jade - you're a star.

Jade has offered great advice and guidance throughout process from the initial contact right through to letting and views the process both through the lens of landlord and tenant which ensures all parties are happy and sets a quality standard.
