Where can I start? We have been in our property now since February 2021. A lot of work needed doing with the house with false and empty promises from the original estate agents that we were with, we were left feeling deflated on the whole situation after fighting for the problems to resolved we were on the hunt for a new house. At the end of may 2023 I had been contacted by Jade to advise that THINK had taken over our tenancy agreement and Jade organised for a visit to go over our concerns regarding the property. Within a month Jade was all over the repairs which were no fault of our own and had them resolved in no time. I honestly can’t recommend Jade enough. All the repairs have now been completed and our house is finally feeling like a home and this could not have been done with out Jade. Thank you so much.

Sharon has been an absolute delight to liaise with throughout the whole process of buying our first home! Our contact for the property we purchased which was marketed by Think Estate Agency was Matthew Smith... he was amazing and a credit to the company! He kept us up to date throughout the sale and helped chase issues and delays up & down the chain. He returned our calls and emails the same day, and was on hand to offer advice as and when we needed it. We really did rely on him in every way, and appreciated all his help. We wished we had chosen Think to sell our property rather than the agency we went with who were absent throughout. I'd highly recommend Think estate agency :-)

After having my property up for sale with another agent I changed to THINK! This was the best decision I made. After discussing the way forward with Jack , I was allocated Matt as my contact. Matt was fantastic, I was notified of every viewing and given all the feedback from these. They actively marketed the house to people who they thought would be interested. The house was sold within weeks of going up for Sale with them. The process from then on was seamless and quick. I was kept informed during this process too. They made sure there was no delays either end and we completed very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again. Top of their field - without question.
