We are Hong Kongers and we have just moved to UK. We were struggling to rent a property and settle down. We found out it was not easy to rent a property as we are new here. We were very helpless at that time. Katie knew our situation and try matching the potential landlords with us. Finally we rented a property nearly the end November successfully. We used Think to sell our mum and dad's bungalow recently. Sharon was excellent using WhatsApp to keep communication lines open throughout the process. It wasn't even for sale long enough to need a for sale sign! Sold to one of a list of clients they already had who they knew was interested in buying a bungalow. Would recommend Think for not only property sales but also for rentals. The rental team have supported me for a number of years with my 2 rented properties.

Before choosing Think, I canvassed a few local estate agents to assist in the sale of my property in Newton-Le-Willows. What really led me to appointing think as the estate agents for my sale was mostly due to Jack’s professional yet honest analysis of the property and helping me look at the real positives of the property whilst helping me consider some of the potential negatives or room for improvement. Other estate agents were quick to highlight the negatives straight away. I also opted to sell my property with one of Jack’s videos although it cost slightly more very well worth it. Not only this Matthew looked after the sale once it was underway and was dependable and help keep a reliable communication between myself as the vendor, my buyer my solicitor and also my chains solicitors et cetera. I notice Matt is currently a property expert in training according to his signature but I can assure you he knows his stuff and really supported me through some of the tricky parts of litigation. Additionally when Matt was unavailable Sharon was brilliant at picking up the reins. All in all a great service and thankful for all of the support and hard work. Thank you

It's been 19 years since we went through the journey of moving house and to be honest I wasn't sure what to expect now, Jack and the team at Think took the worry and mystery away, I would 100% recommend them, communication has been great from day 1, we first experienced being on the buying side as we viewed a property with them which prompted us to sell with them, the attention to detail with the covid situation made us feel safe when viewing the property then being on the other side of the fence being a seller it's been good to have the support and enthusiasm of the think team. There are a number of packages for selling, we opted for hybrid which includes professional photography and video on many internet sites, the EPC was included in the price (unlike some of the competition) I love receiving emails giving hints and tips on moving, how to make the best of your property to potential buyers and sales progression info. Great experience from start to finish. Jack and Hannah came to measure and photograph the house, the photographs were amazing quality, and we soon had lots of viewers through the door. Matt was great throughout helping me with questions and getting the viewings booked. Amazing from start to finish! Matt & Jack came out to value my property and put it on the market for me in Autumn 2023 and it sold within 6 weeks! Matt was my go to, throughout my house selling journey and without him, I don’t think it would have been as simple as it was! He was always on hand to help wherever he could, nothing was ever too much to ask. Any questions I had were always answered and done so very promptly! Matt really did go above and beyond. The process from start to finish of renting my house out was so easy and smooth . Jade talked me through all of the ins and outs of renting including showing me pictures from where the check the house every so often to make sure it's being looked after which I found very reassuring. A big bonus was there wasn't much paperwork to fill in and any that was required was all done easily online. Jade kept me posted all the way through and let me know of any viewings after we had agreed on the tenants Jade kept me up to date on when proof of wage and references etc had been done and when tenants wanted to move in . I will definitely recommend Think to anyone looking to rent out a house.

I can honestly say that the customer service is the best ever. Sharon has been simply amazing. I cannot fault her level of service. Unlike most estate agents, I have had the rare pleasure of being able to get straight through on the phones everytime that I call. I have been kept fully updated throughout my process and Sharon has been incredibly transparent and not tried to over or under sell the property.
