I recently sold my house using Reeds rains having had been disappointed by previous company. Jen Box from the St Helens Warrington branch was from the initial call out, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional..From just her second accompanied viewing had found a buyer and then throughout the selling process kept us all regularly up to date having liaised constantly with the buyers and all the solicitors involved . Cannot recommend Jen enough . Despite the current house market slowing she managed to still sell my house with such enthusiasm. Thank you again for going above and beyond Jen.

Our estate agent was Jen Box. From the outset we got a good feeling. Jen was friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic to our needs. We were given a very good thorough explanation of where our property sat in the current market and we felt confident that the valuation was reasonable and gave us a good opportunity of a quick sale. We set up a WhatsApp group which was an excellent way to quickly update the process. We had a few minor hiccups but the communication throughout was excellent. We achieved our valuation price and although Reed's Rains fees were slightly higher we felt it was worth paying the extra for the quality service. Thanks to Jen for all her efforts which helped the sale move quickly. Would definitely use Jen Box and Reeds Rains again if needed.

Pat on back to Reeds Rains for friendly and professional service that went the extra mile. Looking for rentals, we had 13 viewings and noticed the difference in attitudes between estate agents. We dealt with Jen Box . A number of other estate agents we approached re the sale of our property either didn’t turn up or when they did turn up couldn’t really be bothered and Jen stood out massively from this Crowd. She was enthusiastic but also realistic which me and my wife very much appreciated. Our process was quite complicated but at all times she was excellent , and we finally completed yesterday . Nothing was too much trouble and she has a very efficient and kindly manner. I would highly recommend her as she always delivered on her promises and was thoroughly professional and efficient through the whole process - a process I have to say I found frustrating - to say the least- but she was great at getting the information we required and I’m very grateful to her for that I would not hesitate to recommend her and if we look to buy more houses I would absolutely not use anyone else than her.
