GoogleHonestly, with confidence I can recommend little estate agents. The house sold really quickly and Jon works tirelessly to accommodate your needs. He goes above and beyond and I wish him well. Honest, reliable, great communication which is crucial, and a nice chap who gives great advice. The whole process was stress free which is a first. GoogleExcellent Estate Agents who I used to buy a home and sell from. Friendly, honest staff and a great team that was helpful from start to finish. Very accommodating around my time and needs to appraise and video my home for a virtual tour along with standard photos to best capture my property. The office staff were also amazing in co-ordinating viewings and Jon gave sound advice and talked me through the acceptance process and how to approach buying. If I move again I will be using Little Estate Agents and couldn't speak highly enough of them.

GoogleI've sold two houses via Little. Phenomenal communication and guidance through each process. Very knowledgeable and likable staff. Always quick to respond to emails and always on the end of the phone (i.e. not a call centre). Can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleVery rude service. You don't have me in the system because none of your employees even wanted to take my details to look for a rental home for me. They just said there are no houses for rent and they didn't want anything else. Very unprofessional approach to the customer.
Hi Pawel, Thankyou for providing some clarity on the review and i'm sorry that you didn't receive the service you were hoping for... as you may be aware the demand for rental is at an all time high, on average we receive in excess of 100 viewing request per property that we put on the market, as a consequence of this we aren't currently operating a mailing list for the lettings side of the business and it isn’t possible for us to register every enquiry that comes into the office. Our best advice to you if you are still looking for a property is to register an account with Righmove, this way you will receive daily notifications of all properties that come to the market. If you see something that takes your fancy then request a viewing and so long as you are within the first 10 to 20 we will contact you to discuss the next steps. I’m sorry again if you felt the staff were rude to you, this is not an attribute of any of the people that we employ here, it is actually extremely rare that we receive a negative Google Review. GoogleAbsolutely brilliant estate agent to work with when it comes to renting a house out. From the very start there was helpful and friendly advice, but the level of service so far has been up and beyond - they are very much a proactive 'get things done' kind of team. Basically they work their socks off to ensure everyone involved in the process is happy and that everything is working well. I'm going to give them a 11/10 so far! :-)
