GoogleLittle Estate agents have let my partner’s property out a few times. Communication is excellent. Nicola has always been very honest, efficient, professional & reliable and taken much of the stress out of letting the property, since we’re abroad. They have gone above and beyond & are transparent with fees. The Inventory they complete is also great quality. Thank you!

GoogleWe have been moving from Birmingham to St. Helens. We have not expected that our move will go so smoothly. Nicola should get a badge for being so carrying and helpful estate agent. She definitely understands that moving is already stressful and she have supported us even after hours of her work time. Together with Jess they are making great team. We definitely recommend this estate agency as they are very helpful and supportive.

GoogleAt Little Estate Agents Jonathon, Alex and the rest of the team have provided us with a friendly, professional and caring service. We were selling an empty property and live 35 miles away, but were always 100% confident in Little to handle the viewings and subsequent sale in a totally professional and efficient way. All communication was dealt with quickly , and there was always somebody available on the phone to deal with any queries. We would recommend this company without reservation, they are excellent; the best Estate Agent we've ever dealt with by a long way!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAbsolutely made up with the effort Jonathan, Alex and the whole team have put in to my house sale. Sold within 6 days of going on the market and the consistant contact and customer service has meant the whole process has flown by. Covid has a lot to answer for, a lot of things were delayed but Alex’s tenacity and attention to detail has made everything that much easier to deal with. Thank you!!

GoogleMade up with the professionalism of little estate agents team . Started with John coming out going through everything and took excellent pictures which done our property justice. Then the communication from Alexandra and Emily in the office second to none they gave us more information from ours and the buyers solicitor than our own solicitor did helping to speed up the sale of our property Thank youPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
