Spot on from start to finish! Viewed the property, before we even had a chance to ask questions about repairs they was completely clear and open about fixing everything for us and offering the best service. Correspondence afterwards was effortless making the process pretty simple we've been here a little over. A week and all promises have been fulfilled swiftly. Adele at Ashtons in the St. Helen's branch has been extremely helpful in helping me to sell my property, despite it being sold through a different estate agents! (Yes, you read that right!) They been friendly until we paid “holding” deposit after she said just few more info and she will send it through. After we paid they been asking additional informations every that until they just said we didn’t pass. After that they told as holding deposit is refundable. In tenancy agreement is written after pay holding deposit property won’t be advertised but this is not true. Property was still on advert on Rightmove. Very poor!!!

I recently used Ashtons to sell my house. I got plenty of viewings and sold my house quite quickly. I would definitely recommend Ashtons and in particular Adelle, who was constantly chasing both sets of solicitors to make sure everything was moving as quickly as possible as well as keeping me informed of what was going on. She was very efficient and friendly and I honestly don’t think things would have happened so quickly had she not been so dedicated. Every office should have an “Adelle”. A big thank you!

Started off fine using Ashtons financial services. Took 6 months for our house to complete (no fault of Ashtons). One week before completion we were told the insurer wouldn’t insure me, not sure why we were only told this a week before completion when we had applied for the insurance 6 months previous. Once completed we have been completely ignore by Peter who was dealing with our case. No response to any emails so 2 months in the house I’m still not insured and the mortgage payments are coming out of the wrong account that Peter was supposed to be sorting. I don’t know how many times I’ve been on the phone sobbing I’ve been so upset at times! They charged £395 for their services I shouldn’t be feeling like that! In the end I spoke to a fantastic lady called Sheryl Jones who helped massively to solve our problems but overall AVOID!!

The estate agents have a vast knowledge and experience of the properties in St Helens area, and they have a fantastic mortgage advisor who you can tell has a vast knowledgec and experience within the mortgage sector. I put my home up Forsale with Ashton’s in June last year Jonathon was very helpful with all his advice and the valuation, Nicola was absolutely amazing and sold my home after 1 viewing and secured the asking price, Nicola then went above and beyond and did all the negotiating for me and offering on the home I was wishing to buy and got it knocked down a substantial amount nothing was to much trouble even though the house I was wanting to buy was up with a different estate agent nothing was to much trouble for Nicola, excellent service and excellent estate agents ??

I contacted this agency for viewing a property. Estate agent named Rachel she took my details she was more keen to book me with mortgage adviser even though I told her everything in place all I need is to see the property but funny thing was she hasn't booked me for viewing but booked with mortgage adviser. Twice I called to book viewing but she hasn't. I feel so sorry for the vendors who rely on these agency. Vendors think they could sell the property for a good price as soon as possible but they are loosing potential buyers like me like this. Aniko P.
