GoogleHad a rental flat through leaders for the duration of one year, Bitter sweet ending to a tenency whereby there were no real challenges during tenency but the closing out process and return of the deposit has been a lacklustre and poorly communicated one. Still at this point waiting for refund after some exorbitant deductions for simple end of tenancy cleaning. It is currently Day 18 from the day we vacated the property with little to no progress only a under detailed email that a submission for refund has been made after chasing for an update numerous times.

GoogleWith limited time and urgent need for a home, Sydney helped me find my dream flat. On my part it wasn’t straight forward due the criteria however Sydney made it a stress free and exciting process for me. Also Sydney stayed in the office late to ensure I had my keys that evening. I highly recommend leaders especially Sydney Crosby!

GoogleTerrible and stressful letting..... unhelpful..... I had to bring in environmental health for them to do something. Everything was was a problem for them. On leaving they kept my deposite back and wanted to charge £150 for taking 1 black bag to the bin. I got my deposit back in the end but it took about 3 months. I would never recommend them even as a last option.
