Great help and service from Gary and his team. Also really excellent help when extra help needed - prompt, kind. I have been with this branch for many years and stay because of the personal service they offer when needed. They have advocated for tenants when they might fall outside my criteria but seem excellent otherwise and this has worked out well. Gary has been very helpful when a re-mortgage issue meant we needed to go back 10 years to the then tenancy agreement. Thus I would say they help all to find a good match so it all runs smoothly. Register your property or go to them to find your ideal rental. I have no hesitation in recommending them

My partner and I just this week moved into our new flat in Brighton and we had a 5* experience with Leaders Kemptown. Rudy, Gary and the team were fantastic throughout - personable, patient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On the day we got the keys, they handed us a Welcome Pack, which contained some provisions for our first day in the new flat (tea, water, anti-bac wipes etc). Very sweet and thoughtful! No matter how small our query, the team were always on hand to take our calls and answer emails to put us at ease. We were so pleased with how the process went - from viewing to picking up the keys - that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leaders Kemptown to others looking to rent in Brighton & Hove. They went above an beyond to meet our deadlines, making organising timings effortless. Big shout out to Sydney, from the very get go Sydney was personable, professional and organised. No words can describe how bad of an experience I have had with Leaders Kemptown. I rented one of their properties for a year and this was the worst experience I have ever had in terms of renting. The house was in terrible condition and the agent lied about the works that would be done while I was going to stay there. When the landlord would not fix the bare minimum the agency would not help. With the state that the house was given to us In, they have not even talked about giving us our deposit money back after over a month now. I don't understand how they have such good reviews on here. This year has taken a toll on me and would never wish it on anyone else, be careful and don't rent with Leaders Kemptown.

The best service. I was very pleased to go with Leaders, couldn't be more satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful, Oscar has been the best person we could ever wish for. He looked after us every single day and was always available to give us a hand. Being the first time ever in a moving through an agency, my girlfriend and I were able to get a lovely flat in just a bunch of days.The team was always kind with us, replying to several questions and giving us useful tips and advice. They managed to speed up the referencing checks as well, which can be very annoying sometimes. Will definetely go with them again.
