Ollie King has been just fantastic in sorting all of the details around our son’s first flat. He and Kerrie have been tremendously helpful and professional - it has been a real pleasure to work with them. They have gone out of their way to make this transition for our son go as smoothly as possible. This often entailed more work and effort on their part, and we are extremely appreciative of their support and assistance. I’m updating this review as I’m now coming to the end of my tenancy after one year with Leaders, as I’m moving to a bigger property. I’m honestly so sad to be leaving the Deco building in Brighton - I’ve absolutely loved living here! The whole process with Leaders has been really seamless from start to finish. A big thank you to Natalia, who was so friendly, positive and proactive when helping me secure the flat. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Chris then took over the management of the property, and he has also been incredibly helpful. As I’m currently in the final stages of securing my new flat, I asked if there could be any flexibility with my notice period. Chris kindly reassured me that if anything were to fall through, I could retract my notice, and that they would also be flexible if I needed to adjust the dates slightly. I really appreciate this, as moving can be quite stressful while waiting for approvals! Overall, I’ve had very few issues with the flat, and my experience has been really positive. A big thank you to the team!

Whilst letting your property and living abroad is no easy task - we have received some really brilliant help, support and hard work from the leader’s team in Brighton! Oliver King in recent months has been especially outstanding in their customer service! I think a nightmare to any landlord is your property being vacated at Christmas - expensive time of year as it is, let alone your tenants moving out as well! Ollie was brilliant, worked their magic and found us some brilliant new tenants in no time at all. Every request, query, email we sent - Ollie was so quick to respond, personable, and provided the exact kind of service I’d wish to see universally. I wish we dealt with Ollie more and I wish Ollie and his team a very happy new year. May it bring new exciting opportunities!

Cant’t say I have ever reviewed an estate agent but after moving 3 times in 5 years, lucky agent number 4 came in to my life in the form of Oliver King. Leaders in Kemptown would have 10 stars if I could! They stepped in when the sale of our flat went through much quicker than expected so, long story short, Natalia, Kerrie & George at Kemptown Leaders came to the rescue and found us somewhere until we can make our onwards journey to our forever home once that sale completes. I can’t thank them enough for the help and support they gave us. If it wasn’t for them we could have been homeless and we are truly greatful. Once we knew that the Leaders team had listed the property on Rightmove, we were able to tour and dream the property by looking at beautiful photos and then reading the nicely written description. During my first visit to scout for housing in Brighton I stopped by a number of agency offices and was not impressed. Fortunately, on my second visit, the first property I wanted to view was handled by Leaders and, even more fortunately, the agent who showed me the flat was Oliver King. As a Californian making a move to another country, many things were confusing and difficult. Ollie could not have been more patient, helpful and good-humored.
