GoogleTotally incompetent, I tried to arrange to view a property and had to chase twice. They then made an appointment and didn’t tell me, leaving me a voicemail asking if I was going to turn up!! I drove to the house and put a note through their door to apologise as I don’t believe the seller would get the truth!
Turns out my new next door neighbour is one of their staff and is the reason we’re having to leave a house we love, so that just about sums them up.
