Dear Chris, we are very disappointed to receive your one star rating on Google Reviews. We assume you are unhappy at not having your offer accepted on the property you recently went after. All decisions around offers are Client based, we do not have any control over this. When you called this morning you inferred you were not given the opportunity to increase your earlier offer. This is simply untrue as all 20 applicants were spoken to and given the offer to increase, indeed we are happy to send you the recording of your call with us on the 11th November when you clearly advised us to leave your BEST AND FINAL OFFER AT £***,***. We advised you today that your offer was not accepted by OUR CLIENT and your review appeared. The accepted offer was considerably higher than yours for info. Again, we are of course sorry you were unsuccessful but your review is unfair and your statement regards our processes, is entirely incorrect. It would be a gesture from you to remove the post and subsequently our response or we are happy to leave both visible for others to see.
