May Whetter & Grose Review My experience with the lettings department at May Whetter & Grose St Austell has been a positive one. From my first communication with the team, viewing of the property, documents signing to handover day was made very easy and very professional. A friendly voice at the end of the phone was always ready to help when I wanted to clarify any part of the process which made me feel valued When the tenancy agreement came to an end and I decided to move from the area, the lettings team offered me a pre-inspection of the property a few weeks before my leave date which left me feeling very comfortable that I wasn’t going to incur unexpected repair cost. After handing the property back to May Whetter & Grose photographs were taken as proof of the condition which I left it in and my deposit was returned within a few days. I cannot recommend enough the St Austell lettings office team who made everything from start to finish of my letting experience a truly pain-free and friendly experience. Thank you, V Hamblett

I was very impressed with May Whetter & Grose acting as estate agents for the sale of my home. The eventual sale price fell into Richard's original valuation range which is good. No point in being too high or too low. Richard gave me confidence that I would be in good hands with May Whetter & Grose. There were loads of photos taken by Tony; a top notch photographer - probably one of the best in Cornwall. All good quality photos. The photographic shoot was not rushed either. In fact, Tony even returned to retake some photos as it was sunnier the second time. That was impressive. Finally the day to day dealings with the buyers, solicitors and other estate agents was handled superly by Sarah. She is very cool, calm and collected in her approach. Sarah kept me informed and made things run smoothly. Although I have just mentioned three individuals, I must stress that it is very much a team effort and everybody in the office is friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend anyone, looking to sell their home in the Mid Cornwall area, to give May Whetter & Grose a call. They are the best.

We only delt with Nathan hawke briefly as we brought a house and we had a woodlice issue which the landlord refused to do anything to we moved , we all managed to get the situation moved quickly and he was understanding got out early ..came over helped my other half with the meter readings and send pics so we could infor our supplies so it could run as smoothly as possible , he understood our situation (having a son and dog with woodlice ) I am glad Lewis got brought out and Nathan is on the case and listens , I know if we rent again we will use may wetter and grose just for him and his people skills and understanding. Highly recommending May Whetter & Grose, St Austell for selling my property. From beginning through to completion the team always had my back - replying quickly to emails and taking the time to talk things through on the telephone. The first visit and market appraisal was super positive - I chose them because of their enthusiasm and recognition of the importance of affordable housing in Cornwall. I was selling an affordable house and the team were well skilled in the paperwork and processes to follow, helping me with contacts at the Council, and an approved Surveyor for valuation. Finding a buyer was excellent, I was constantly kept up to date with scheduled bookings and viewing feedback was always provided. I never felt pressured, and was always given enough information to make a good decision. MWG were also great at keeping up the chase, and whenever the sales process lost momentum were quick to notice and offer any further help. I'm really grateful for the above-and-beyond service they provided me and my family with and I cannot recommend May Whetter & Grose highly enough.

The initial market appraisal was conducted by Richard who was extremely knowledgeable regarding the local area and very helpful, professional and personable and we immediately felt confident to choose MWG as a result. Communication / feedback regarding viewings was amazing and the whole team were lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble throughout the marketing process.
