GoogleI had the pleasure of working with the Lettings team - Nathan, Anna and Julie when moving to a beautiful home in Polruan. The team were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble! It can always feel quite daunting when moving to rented accommodation - as you never know what to expect! However, the team were transparent, responded to emails and calls within hours and were always there to support. I have no hesitation recommending the whole team and letting via them in the future. Thank you again for everything.

GoogleUsed their mundic block testing service. Unlike a certain competitor surveyor in the area, they were highly professional, with good communication, a sensitive approach and in depth knowledge of the task in hand. The work was carried out skillfully and adeptly leaving no residue and little recovery work. They set the standard by which others have fallen far short.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe team at May Whetter & Grose are INCREDIBLE! We had valuations from 3 different estate agents when we decided to put our house on the market in March. Richard from MWG was by far the best. Our house sold within a few days. Our first chain did then break very close to exchange and MWG got our house straight back up for sale and again it re-sold within a couple of days. Robin helped us to secure the best offer on our new home. Sarah did a huge amount of chasing up of very slow solicitors on our behalf to ensure we had completion prior to our mortgage offer expiring. All in all we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back if/when we decide to move again! Thank you 😊

GoogleHonest. Trust worthy. Found us our dream house when we didn’t think it was possible with our budget. All staff are wonderful. Special mention to Tony who’s just lovely.

GoogleI appointed MWG as managing agent for my property. Rent was late or unpaid. Failed to serve s21 notice correctly twice. Failed to advise CCJ against tenant upon taking him on. Failed to turn up for appointments and the property was returned in a disgraceful state at thousands of £ cost together with over £10k o/s rent. No responsibility whatsoever.

FacebookI gave instruction to sell my property to the sales team in the St Austell branch. Although my house did take some time to sell, this is no reflection on the sales team. Throughly professional throughout, always kept up to date with viewings, feedback post viewing, diligence with queries and chasing up. I would definitely instruct them again and highly recommend.

GoogleIncredible service from Anna. I called with a query and she went above and beyond to answer it as well as provide info that i hadnt asked for but that was incredibly useful.

GoogleDealing with the Lettings office as a tenant has been a breeze over the past year. Special thanks to Nathan & Amy for their assistance and a seamless process when we left the property. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe letting team here are undoubtedly the best I have ever dealt with. I had to retire due to ill health and the team helped me to find a home which was unfortunately put up for sale. However they made every effort to find us another long term let. I can't praise them enough they have been fantastic in every way I wish them a very bright future.

GoogleThe service was good for us buying our property in Polgooth .The only problem we have is with the guy that was selling property He left us with enormous amount of garden rubbish and a shed full of doors we have to pay for a skip not happy. He was not a nice man to deal with

GoogleWe bought a property recently in Carlyon Bay and everyone that we dealt with at the St Austell office was extremely helpful and they were a pleasure to work with. Once the offer had been accepted, we had very little contact with the office, as we dealt directly with the vendor, but post moving in, the agent has been very helpful with local information that we requested.

FacebookI have nothing but positive things to say about the Lettings team, I was in the property for 2 years and 9 months and the whole team were incredibly helpful throughout. Their communication is outstanding and if I ever needed any help with anything they were always there. Definitely recommend.
