GoogleThe sale of our property was fraught with difficulties, in part because the property was quite unusual, but principally because the first buyer withdrew from the sale literally a couple of days before completion, and our second potential buyers lost their sale when it was nearing completion and could therefore not progress at that moment although still keen to buy our property. Throughout this period, the agency and our appointed contact Katie kept our spirits up and kept us informed of any updates or potential viewings. Once our future buyers were confirmed Katie was always available to answer any questions we had, and invariably had a better idea of where "the chain" was up to than our legal representatives did. Simon the office manager is quite a character and was also very helpful with advice. All in all we found the service provided was very good and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleVicki was fantastic from start to finish. She called within 5 minutes of me contacting FH and was so friendly and approachable - she seemed to go that extra mile prior to even meeting her. I knew absolutely nothing about valuations or the market, but when she did come to the house, Vicki was so knowledgeable that I felt instantly assured. My husband and I were really impressed with Vicki and said that if/when the time came to sell we would want it to be with her - I honestly learned so much from her in that short space of time that I'd recommend her to anyone going through this process.

GoogleI highly recommend this agency. I was looking to buy in Thornton Cleverly and traveling 400mile each way to view. Farrell and Hepworth were so good at arranging multiple viewings on same day and friendly and professional(especially Tilly). In contrast square room have a policy of no more then 3 viewings even over few days making it hard for out of town buyers to find the right place. I thought I found a property via square room offered asking price and they came back asking for more offers as apparently another person had offered but wouldn't say how much. I initially counted offered higher but it didn't feel right so withdrew as decided to relocate search due to need for more leisure facilities). The house is back on the market (so much for the other buyer). For sellers and buyers we have a good instinct for good service(Farrell and Hepworth) and poor service(square room ). Square rooms agent was so poor I lost trust in the valuation and decided not to go ahead. Thornton Cleverly is a lovely place but not for me but if it was I would prefer to sell or buy from Farrell Hayworth as they have better staff, answer phone quicker and focused on good viewing etiquette. When my solicitor and the vendors solicitor were holding up the process, she chased them relentlessly and always fed back immediately, and I’m sure things would have taken much longer had she not. I am very grateful to her and she is a credit to her firm.

GoogleI would highly recommend Farrell Heyworth Cleveleys. Vicki initially did the valuation, she was very knowledgeable of the area and the presentation was great, full of all the information we needed to make an informed decision such as houses for sale in the area, what they are selling for, how long they have been on the market. The different advertising packages, what you got with each and how it made a difference. The valuation was honest and realistic. The selling fee was competitively priced and there was no fixed term. Once we agreed on Farrell Heyworth selling our house Katie and Tilly took over managing the viewings, they were quick to get the house on right move, for sale sign went up within days and the professional photos were excellent. When viewings were booked and we got plenty of notice of them. They were constantly looking for potential buyers and would keep us updated on how each viewing went. We had viewings most weeks. The MyFH page was a really good as it had everything on it. The valuation presentation, viewings planned and feedback from them afterwards. They got us a buyer for our house within a short space of time. Once we had an offer in place Katie and Tilly kept checking in to make sure the final stages were running smoothly. Overall a fantastic service, would definitely recommend them.

GoogleWe have recently sold our home and moved in to our new house. It has certainly been a long process and that’s no fault of Farrell Hayworth. Katie supported us in the beginning and was excellent. Later on in the process Alison Whiteside kept us informed and updated. We cannot thank her enough, she is incredible at what she does! We are so thankful to everyone at the Farrell Hayworth and their professionalism and support through the process. Personally, I couldn’t recommend anyone/anywhere else more.
