Most of us don't get to experience buying houses too often, so when we do it's a mega time. William H Brown, whilst they do this day in day out, made me feel like my purchase was the only one they were dealing with. My Estate Agent, Zac was B R I L L I A N T. I received regular updates on a frequent basis and he knew everything that was going on and managed everyone within the chain from the sellers to the solicitors - he made the whole experience super easy and his knowledge of processes and paperwork really helped manage my expectations around timescales and requirements. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This team are fab and whilst I hope to be in my forever home now, if I did have to buy again I would absolutely love to work with Zac and his team at William H Brown St Albans!

I can not thank William H Brown enough for going above and beyond to look after me recently. I viewed a property with Finley who was very polite and nice and met with John their mortgage adviser, who was very knowledgeable, personable and really helped me out advising me on what I could afford and preparing a mortgage in principle for me. In fact the whole team were welcoming and helpful, even David the manager followed up with a query in John's absence. I felt very supported with my questions being replied to incredibly quickly. A 5 star team, thank you so much, if I need a mortgage in the future I will definitely be contacting John Greene at the St Albans branch.

I was really struggling to find competitive rates and was anxious about finding an advisor who I could trust to get me not only find me a good deal but guide me through the process. John, the in-house mortgage advisor in St Albans, put my mind at ease. I had a meeting in the branch and discussed the issues I was facing. Not only did he find me a better deal than the other dealers I had approached but offered a genuine and friendly service. His empathetic and friendly approach was refreshing and I would recommend seeing him even if you have a mortgage in principle already as you will get piece of mind as well as saving money.
