We recently sold our house through Paul Barker Estate Agents and cannot recommend them highly enough. Our main contact was Steve Preston, the Sales Manager, who from start to finish provided exceptional service and helped manage some tricky issues to ensure the sale went through successfully. In all of my dealings with estate agents in St Albans over many years, my experience with Paul Barker Estate Agents has been the best, and is the agency I would use for any future sales.

We have known Paul for a number of years, and he has always been very friendly and knowledgable. It took us a number of years to take the plunge and sell our home. We decided to use Paul Barker Estate Agents as Paul has always been so open and honest. We have mainly dealt with Steve throughout the process and he has been excellent. Very attentive, easy to contact, and kept the sale on track when we were up against a few challenges with our onward purchase. We have no hesitation in recommending Paul Barker Estate Agents.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Paul Barker estate agents during my property purchase in St Albans !! Both Ciaran Murphy and Sophia Key, who handled my case, were incredibly accommodating from the outset. Their professionalism, expertise, and transparency regarding all aspects of the property were commendable. They went above and beyond, organizing multiple visits, including with my builder, to ensure I had a comprehensive understanding before making a commitment. I must give special recognition to Ciaran Murphy, who was not only extremely friendly but also incredibly service-oriented and responsive. He consistently provided regular updates and understood my need for a swift exchange, proactively liaising with the seller and effectively managing the process to ensure an earlier completion than anticipated, truly exceptional service. Overall, every interaction with this firm and their colleagues left a positive impression, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for any future transactions !! - Thank you for all the supprt :)
