GoogleWe have recently sold a property through Paul Barker and we couldn't be more happy with the service that we received from start to finish. The whole process was dealt with professionally, openly and promptly. Paul was kind and friendly in all dealing we had with him. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family in future, definitely the best agent in St Albans! Thanks so much for all your help Paul and the team!

FacebookPaul provides a great end to end service. The brochure he produced supported by the 360 virtual tour really showed the full potential of our home. We had a number of offers within 7 days of putting it on the market. We weren’t sure whether to accept, Paul was able to provide us with online data that showed that the level of interest in our property had peaked which made us feel confident that the best offer was on the table. His support didn’t stop there, we had a tricky chain that needed a lot of hands on management. Paul kept us up to date on how things were progressing. Thanks to Paul we are now living in our dream home.

GooglePaul was excellent, very professional and honest about what was needed to be done in order to achieve the best selling price for the house I was selling. He took the time to understand the layout and potential of the house so he could tailor make each viewing and answer all questions put to him. He kept me regularly updated with his progress reports and always returned my calls promptly. He was hard working and is highly recommended.

GoogleWorst ever experience with them. I booked a viewing to see a property, still waiting for over 45 minutes for the person to turn up but no sign of him. Extremely disappointed with their service and would never ever recommend them.
I want to personally respond to your comments and acknowledge your frustration. I sincerely apologise that the viewing did not take place. Please be assured that this is by no means an accurate reflection of the service we offer. Unfortunately there was an error with our booking system and I have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again. I have tried to contact you several times to pass on my apologies personally and remain available to speak with you. I would of course be delighted to arrange an appointment for you to visit the house you showed interest in or any other suitable houses we are marketing. Paul Barker

GooglePBEA were an absolute delight to work with when selling our home in St Albans. Refreshingly unstereotypical estate agents. We dealt with various members of their team and they were all lovely and very knowledgeable about the area. Straightforward and really understanding and flexible (especially as we had a baby to contend with at the time). I would unreservedly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI've dealt with many St Albans estate agents in recent months and Paul is, quite simply, the best. He's honest, down to earth and practical. He simultaneously negotiated for me both a house and connected land purchase which was complex, and he was entirely professional throughout. Paul skilfully smoothed the process and was a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

GoogleWe recently completed a purchase through Paul Barker and have been very impressed with Paul and the team's proffessional but friendly attitude, especially during the recent trying times of CV19. Having been through several aborted purchases before this one I can pretty much say he is a lot better to deal with than every other estate agent in St Albans!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
