GoogleOne of the best Estate Agency I have worked with! From the very start of the process, PBEA has been extremely honest about everything(A very rare quality for any Estate Agency.) Both Steve and Paul helped me buying my first property. As a first time buyer, there are many things I don't know, they have always been helpful, answering my questions. The entire buying process took quite a while, due to the legal issues associated as the property is a new build. It's not PBEA's fault. If it wasn't for Steve and Paul regularly conversing with the seller, I would have not met the SDLT holiday! Even after the completion, Paul has been helping me with setting my new place up, giving me advices on a variety of things. I really appreciate it! Thank you! He's warm, genuine and friendly and did everything he could to help keep our sale on track even when we had to deal with quite substantial bumps in the road. In fact the "sold" label went on the sign outside the house I sold five days after it went on the market! Paul and his friendly team were faultlessly professional throughout the whole sale and always went more than the extra mile. They were supportive and understanding and a real pleasure to work with. These qualities were highly appreciated and put a real shine on the excellent service already provided. Paul's experience, in-depth knowledge and understanding of the local, regional and national property markets was clear from our first meeting. I would not hesitate to use Paul Barker Estate Agents again and am delighted to give them the highest recommendation possible.

He knew the St Albans market very well and priced the property accordingly showing us stats from other similar properties that had been sold. Paul and his team were professional and kept us up to date throughout what at times was a very tricky and frustrating process. We bought our house through Paul which I wasn’t sure about at first and was very indecisive however he was incredibly helpful and helped me to see pros and cons in a very objective way. Since then, I have consulted Paul on a number of prospective purchases and value his objective unbiased opinion. He is patient, trustworthy and incredibly knowledgeable!
