I want to give a special mention to Ciaran and Sophia, who were consummate professionals throughout the entire process. Communication was always prompt and clear, and they took the time to personally show prospective buyers around, ensuring they fully understood the property and its key selling points. Their attention to detail and dedication were evident, and it made all the difference. Thanks to their efforts, my house sold very quickly. Highly Recommended We chose Paul Barker to sell our family property after our parents passed away. There were 4 executors of the estate, our Estate solicitor and Conveyancing solicitor. So lots of people to keep informed. We did a rigorous search for the right estate agent. Tho we knew Paul Barker would be in the mix having had advice from him previously. In comparison with other estate agents we considered, they provided a no nonsense result oriented proposal. Also their reputation was vey positive and far reaching beyond just St Albans. Paul Barker and his team did a great job for us and we received excellent service throughout - we’re really pleased with them and would recommend them if you want a personalised service. We were messed around badly by one set of buyers and Paul and Steve provided honest and firm guidance as to how to deal with them and try to get things over the line and then when it was clear that we had to find a new buyer, they were extremely efficient in re-marketing the property and really proactive - we had a new buyer within a week which was fantastic.
