GoogleI'm not surprised one bit Martin & Co have such outstanding reviews. They are by far the best agents I've ever come across. They go above and beyond, are professional and each team member is courteous and personable. Issues are dealt with swiftly with zero issue to the tenant. And fortunately for me they source some of the nicest properties in St Albans. I wouldn't use anyone else. A superb family run business.

GoogleI've had a lot of bad experience with landlords and estate agents in the past, and so Martin & Co. were nothing short of a godsend. At every point during my 1 year tenancy they were helpful, efficient, fast, reasonable, friendly and thorough. I was quite demanding and needed the house sooner than was advertised. Martin & Co. got the property perfectly ready in just 1 week to meet my needs. I also extended my tenancy at late notice which was also promptly sorted out. I lost my keys a couple of times and had one or two other issues, all of which were immediately and efficiently sorted out with minimum of fuss. The integrated service of managing the property as well as being the estate agent is not something I've come across before, but it is an absolute game-changer. I never ever met my landlord and yet I was perfectly communicated with. I honestly couldn't recommend them any higher and if I am to find myself in their operating region again, I would genuinely accept a slightly worse or a more expensive property if it meant it could be let and managed by Martin & Co.

GoogleMy husband and I have rented properties for over 10 years and dealt with many estate agents. In all this time we can honestly say that we haven't meant one as good as Martin & Co. They are not only the friendliest agents we've ever dealt with but also the most efficient. The check in and check out was seamless, nothing was ever too much trouble and they even took our meeting readings and updated our utility companies for us. St Albans has many estate agents so if you're looking for a property to let, I'd recommend starting with Martin & Co and taking the stress out of renting. We can't recommend them enough.

St Albans are great and really care about finding you the right property. The service doesn't stop there, as if there are problems they are very quick to get them rectified. I couldn't recommend this estate agent more highly. If you need to rent somewhere you must go and speak to them!
