Writing this review, to highlight the fantastic work done by Martin & Co. If you are planning to either buy or rent a property, I would recommend Martin & Co. Anyone going through the renting or buying process would be in a very safe pair of hands working with Martin & Co. They are experts and know the industry extremely well. In addition to the massive expertise, another thing worth highlighting is how nice and helpful the team was to me. THANK YOU Mandy, Tom and Claire for your kindness and fantastic work done. Also, very few Estate Agents have a website as well designed as the website of Martin & Co. Both processes of renting or buying a property are really complex, and I found very useful the wealth of advice provided in the website, about the key steps in either renting or buying a property. By far one of the best websites I saw after checking dozen of websites from other estate agents. Best wishes to the Martin and Co team in the St Albans branch, moving forward if I come across anyone in need of a Estate Agent, I will be happy to recommend Martin & Co.

Best sale agents that I have ever used. No false valuations to gain the business/fee, just sensible and practical assistance through the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend Martin & Co, particularly Mandy Rogan that I had direct dealings with. She was extremely professional ands worked hard to keep processes moving. In some previous Sale Agent experiences I have been left wondering which side the Agent is working for, but Mandy was very balanced throughout the whole sale. Thoroughly recommend Martin & Co….

They managed the rental of my property for a number of years; initially advertising and finding a suitable tenant, then helping to arrange a tenancy change after a couple of years, with practically no turnaround period. I was living abroad for the majority of the time the property was rented out, they took care of absolutely everything while I was away. A big thank you to Richard, Merril and the rest of the team. We used Martin & Co to sell our house in St Albans and could not not be happier with the excellent service we received. We talked to three estate agents at the beginning and chose Martin & Co due to Mandy's friendly, highly professional and non-pushy attitude. The marketing material for our house was excellent. Tom and Mandy conducted the viewings and it was good to deal with the same small team and not being moved between departments (as would have been the case with the larger agents we spoke to). Once the sale was agreed, Mandy helped all the way through dealing with the surveyor, chasing solicitors, and keeping us regularly updated with progress. As I write this, We haven’t actually ‘sold’ our property yet but it is sold subject to contract.
