GoogleJack was great from start to finish. Clear, concise, efficient, honest, thorough, persistent (with others in the chain). Had issues with a buyer pulling out at the last minute ( personal reasons) and Jack had the property resold in a matter of weeks.

We were taking on a viewing of a home in Bricket Wood, by Danielle Saville of JW & Co, Park St. I was really impressed by Danielle - she gave us a really good viewing, and was friendly and so helpful, at the same time as staying professional. For various reasons we are unable to buy the property, but this is no reflection on Danielle, and could not possibly have done more to help us.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Colney office of JW&Co to anyone looking to sell a property in the area. Despite the strain of a pandemic and resulting lockdowns, Mark worked tirelessly on our behalf to ensure things stayed on track with our sale. I found it particularly refreshing to deal with an agent who doesn't trot out the usual estate agent cliches and is amiable, direct and honest.

Horrible experience with their London Colney branch. They treat tenants like garbage and only work in favour of the greedy landlords. We have lived there for almost 5 years and made huge improvements to the place (most of the times out of our pockets as the landlords always refused to pay for any works). Despite having left the property in much better conditions than it was originally, the landlord refused to pay us back part of the deposit and both the landlord and the estate agents even denied they gave us permission to carry out some of the improvement works (even though we had an email from them confirming the go ahead with those works). They complained about us refreshing the paint in the property and the bad smell they claimed came from the carpets they believed it was due to the fact we had cats but which was actually due to the drainage in the kitchen and lack of ventilation in the property for weeks after we left. When we rented the property, part of the furniture was missing, the gas fireplace was not even working (even though it was supposed to, according to the property's advert). When we moved in, we agreed wuth the estate agents to purchase the missing piece of furniture and the cost of it was deducted from our renewal fees. When we left the property, the landlords claimed it was our responsibility to get rid of that piece of furniture even though they paid for it, claiming the property was supposed to be completely emptied when our tenancy ended. Our intention was therefore to collect it and donate it to a local charity shop so that others could benefit from it as it was still in very good condition, but, as the landlords denied us access to the property after leaving, that prevented us from doing so. The landlords decided therefore to charge us over £100 to get rid of it by scrapping it instead. Please avoid if you can or make sure any agreements made is in writing in order to avoid any negative comebacks from them or the landlords.
